Blane's Decision

______________________________________________

'ARRGH'

"Young Master!!" Blane screamed at the top of his lungs as moved swiftly towards Ivy. Yet, he was too late to do anything before the Elixir entered Ivy's body. Unfortunately, he could only watch as blood leaked from Ivy's eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. His body convulsed heavily before passing out seconds later, he couldn't endure the pain any further. After a quick check on Ivy, Blane happily discovered that he wasn't dead but injured. A simple Health Potion should do the healing. Yet minutes turned to hours as they were no signs of Ivy waking up.

'Sighs'

Blane for the first time in a long time felt completely useless as it seems that nothing he does is working. Carrying Ivy's unconscious body, Blane took him to his room where he laid him to rest atop a king-size bed.

" Tsk, This feeling of weakness I detest the most. I swear this would be the last, or else I disintegrate into nothingness.....I should call on the healer's attention." Blane stood up and left Ivy in the care of the Healers in the Clan.

After, news soon spread of Ivy's incident. It generated different kinds of emotion in every person the news came across. Most were of mockery, happiness, and pity. Some even deduced that everything was planned to silence the 9th Young Master.

In the Sunshine Abode at the center stood a magnificent building resembling a palace of sorts. The colors on the wall were white and purple with golden patterns etched in a unique way that stood out which gave an archaic vibe. In the hall of the building at the middle end stood, a colossal Throne seemly made for giants. To the surprise of many, it was made up of both the strongest and the softest materials known to the world, Tungsten, and the blue-laced Mantua. That wasn't all as runic etchings were written all over, dishing out a grandeur atmosphere in the hall. Atop this dignifying Throne sat the Duke of the Imperial Dynasty and Patriarch of the Sunshine Clan, the Sunshine King, Kane Sunshine. He sat while gazing downward toward a man bowing. Kane listen as this individual filled him up on what has happened to his beloved son, Ivy. Behold, the said person bowing was none other than Blane, the one assigned to serve Ivy and be his guard.

"....And that's what happened, Master " Blane spoke with utmost respect to Kane. " Are you sure you want to do this? I'm not forcing you so I won't help you out even if I can. Where you suggest to go is still covered in mystery and death could be lurking around." Kane spoke with a stern voice as the is nothing to trifle with." Yes, I'm sure of this Master. It's the only way I can improve my strength." Blane said unyielding to his circumstances. "Then you are on your own from now on. " Kane dismissively said as there was nothing he can do once this subordinate of his had decided. Blane took his leave as he had already gotten the approval he came for. Just a step before the door leading out the hall "Wait, take this" Blane caught something moving at an insane speed without looking back. On his palm lay a golden spatial ring. Seeing such triggered a wide grin from him. Still without looking back, Blane is headed on a journey that will only have two outcomes, either he dies or gets stronger.
