Chapter 7: Sofia Santos, The Childhood Flame  

Away from the chaos, in the comforting silence of a secluded spot, Alon found a familiar face. Sofia Santos, his childhood friend, her raven hair cascading down her shoulders, her eyes reflecting the worried thoughts swirling in her mind.

"Sofia," Alon called out softly, not wanting to startle her.

Sofia turned, her face brightening upon seeing Alon. "Alon, you're safe," she said, her voice carrying a relief that echoed in Alon's heart.

When Sofia heard Dante's name, her brow furrowed and she developed a troubled look on her face. The question "What are you going to do, Alon?"

He paused for a while then turned to face Sofia. He saw a mirror of his mission in her, the reason he must strive to grow stronger.

Alon responded with solid resolve, "I'll do whatever it takes to safeguard the people I care about.
