An Attention From Him

Jack walked away from Jane's bed, he just received an incoming call from Selena.  He tells that Jane is currently in the room, unconscious.

"Are you crazy, Jack? What have you done to her? Did you mean to hurt her? You weren't acting out of control, were you?" Selena asked. She spoke so loudly that Jack had to slightly move the phone away from his ear at that time.

"I'm not crazy. I just forgot to tell her not to drink too much," Jack replied casually, not feeling the least bit guilty about what had happened to Jane's condition.

"You didn't forget, Jack. You did that to Jane on purpose, didn't you? What exactly are you trying to do? Don't do anything weird or put anyone at risk," Selena tried to remind him.

"Jack!" Call Selena out loud because Jack kept quiet as if he didn't respond to all the warnings she gave.

"Yeah... I heard you talking, Selena."

"Jack, we can't say for sure if she's Jane!" Selena starts her lecture.
