They were in the car for a while, now they were coming out for they dinner. While getting off Verona realized that she forgot to bring her wallet with her.

"I'm done for. I told him to treat him dinner as for being thankful. But I forgot to bring my wallet, neither have I bought my phone. I think while I was handing my bag to Jim, I must have left it there. And I was telling this man that I will give him hoe much does he want. Shame on you Verona." Verona mumbling to herself.

"What happened?" Drew asked.

"Nothing." She replied.

Verona started mumbling again, "It's okay, now I should find a way to get money. Oh yeah, I should ask for his phone, so that I can call my friends and they can send some money to his mobile, while paying I will explain him what happened."

Drew was already in the restaurant, Verona was very much frustrated. Then she tried to ask for his phone many times but couldn't.

"Why is the waitress not coming?" said Verona.

"Don't worry, I already ordered the food while I was talking for the table." said Drew and chuckled for a bit.

"What are you smiling for? Huh?" said Verona in a very irritated voice.

"You are really a jerk. An arrogant jerk." she shouted.

"Call me jerk again, and I'll princess carry you in my arms and give a kiss on your lips." said Drew.

"Also don't think I'm lying to you." he continued.

"You- You-... we knew each other just few days ago, and you want to be intimating with me? I can sue for doing sexual assault. And also don't you think you're girlfriend will beat you death if she knew what you are doing?" said Verona.

As for Verona, she have had mistaken Drew as maniac. Well any girl would, because she didn't knew he likes her. And also she didn't knew that Drew had no girlfriends in past, he was just waiting for her to again appear in her life.

"My dear little princess, I haven't been in a relationship since my birth. I am totally pure. Totally a pure bachelor. A pure virgin. Women are dying to get into my arms." Drew said boastingly.

"You are really a pervert, I think so. Ok left it, you are virgin or not I don't care. Now can you please give your phone to me for a few minutes? I want to talk to my friends." said Verona.

"Don't you have your own phone? Or still your parents think that you are a toddler and youb shouldn't have a phone of your own?" said Drew mockingly.

"If I had my phone with me why would I ask you about it. You don't want to give, then don't, why are you always teasing me like that? And yes, do I look like an underaged person to you? I'm 19 and going to be 20 in next 4-6 months after I complete my second year in college." said Verona angrily.

(Before Verona completed her first year in another city because she had to stay with her family there for one year because their company had a little bit of crisis. They just returned back before her second year started. As the chairman of college was one her mother's friend so she got accepted quickly)

"Ok, ok, I am wrong, it's my fault, now take it and do whatever you want to do."

He handed over his phone to her.

*After dialing to her friends*

"Hello, An! can you send some money to this number?" said Verona.

"Hello Verona are you alright? Who's phone is this? Aren't you supposed to be with your jerk at a expensive hotel?" said Anna.

(Here An is referred to Anna in short. Take it as a nickname)

"I am with him, but I haven't brought my phone and also I forgot to bring my wallet. So can you send me some money to through this number." asked Verona.

"Ok, now I'm relieved. I thought were kidnapped by someone. So how is your night going, huh?" replied Anna.

"Night my foot. You send me the money quickly so that I can pay." said Verona vigorously.

"Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I just emptied out my account when I was shopping with Jim. Right now, I only have cash with me. Sorry, I CAN'T SAVE YOU TODAY. Manage on your own. Bye." said Anna.

*She hung up before Verona could say anything to her*

'You stinky girl, I'll deal with you, when I'll return.' thought Verona.

When she arrived at the table by the time the dishes were served as she was late, Drew came to check upon her and over heard their conversation.

'You little squid, when your future husband is here why bother asking yo anyone else. Even though I already paid you could have asked me for it. I'll let you go today.' Drew smilingly thought.

"What are you smiling for?" suddenly a voice cracked. It was Verona.

"Nothing, let's eat. The dishes are here." said Drew controlling his laugh.

*while handing over his phone to him she noticed that a text came and the name there was a girl's name, called Rui. Drew opened that text, read it and closed his phone. It got Verona curious.*

"Is it something important, you need to go?" asked the curious cat Verona.

"Nothing. You want to go somewhere after eating?" asked Drew .

Remembering about that she didn't had money, she shook her head as a no. Then she noticed the food, all was her favorite. ALL.

Then she asked," I came here to feed you not me, why did you order these?"

"Is there something wrong with this food? These are all my favorites. I like these." said Drew.

"No, nothing's wrong. Let's eat." said Little squid.

Hearing him say those were all her favorites she was really surprised. She doubted him, was he telling the truth? Or was he lying? These types of thought came to her mind.

Meanwhile Drew thinking, 'Little squid must be surprised I said that these are my favorites. Indeed these are my favorites too. I should surprise her more often.' smiled Drew.

Both were eating peacefully. But then, suddenly, something broke the silence.
