chapter 18

Reaching the pack house, I saw Cora standing to the side in dirty clothes. But that was not what got me, it is what her father did. He hit her and I came at him holding him by his throat growling.

"Four years I been away and this is how you treat your own daughter," I snarled out letting my full power out not part of it. "I have known how you been treating your pack and what you have been doing. Also your mate is almost fully healed and feels your unfaithfulness. You thought I lied to you when I told you she was a live. She is heart broke that you could not keep it in your pants."

I started to scan the pack members who all were shaking in fear as they realize that I was the protector of Cora. Only a few stood to the side shaking their heads with shame of what their pack has been doing. when I look a little closer I notice they had cuts and bruses all over them. 

"Cora," I called to her. "What happen to those teens?"

"They where protecting me," She whispered scared of what would happen. "There is a worrior here that would welcome me into his home as well as these teens. He trained us and gave us a safe haven away from everyone. My brother found out that I could not call out to no one if I had silver on me at all times."

"WHAT? That does it," I shouted out. "Alpha Kyle come and face me you worthless peice of trash."

Everyone but my pack fell to their knees before me due to the feel of my power. Alpha kyle walked out with no worries on his face. 

"What do you want?" He asked. 

"By the moon goddess as my witness I revoke my protection for your pack," I said with snarls and growls coming from me. "by your packs bare witness I revoke the feeling of safty from your pack."

Everyones face including his father all felt the danger now that I have taken my vow of protection away. They started to realize who has been helping their alpha as I stood there in my full power.

"Now your sister is caoming with me and anyone who wishes to come is welcomed to," I said smirking at Kyle. "You think that you have what it takes to take care of your pack? Well stand on your own now but I am taken the one person that I swore to protect. This oath is held to both the Luna May Moon and the moon goddess herself. They are the only ones who can break it no one else. I knew something was wrong when Cora never reached out to me. I sent some one to check on her. I was already going to collect her but hearing what you have done to the rest of your pack is where I draw the line. I told you to change your ways or suffer. Now I know your choice. It is to suffer."

I saw some teens look to me with hope in their eyes. But that was not what got me it was the man that grabbed Cora and that pissed me off. 

"Let her go," I said through my gritted teeth. "Now!"

"Why should I do that?" he laughed. "When she can help me get what I want."

"Cora close your eyes," I told her. "Nathan since you are quick I want you to grab Cora and move keep her near you at all times."

After that I lung straight at him and shifted at the same time. I only saw him and one other guy who was smirking. But that changed as soon as I finished off one guy I turned to the traitor and growled ready to attack. He had no fear for he thought I was weak because he shifted and attacked me. For my self I tore into him and gave myself another blood bath. My once white fur was covered head to tail in blood and gore from both men.

I turned to the everyone who watched and shifted to my human form.

"Well it looks like I am going to have to bath real good," I said. "Kyle, I thought that having my protection would help you grow into your alpha status but I was wrong. So now you have to learn the hard way. Good luck. Those who wish to come with me has twenty minutes to get what they want to take with them. It needs to be carrable because we are heading over to Alpha Jason who had just been attacked by rouges. I am helpin him out right now."

"So you are going to leave us with no help?" Kyle's father asked.

"Yep, you have able wolves who can fight. Also it looks like you all need to learn what it means to protect your selves as a family because that is what a pack is," I responded. "As long as you are not bettering yourselves do not ask for help from me. I do not help those who do not want to change. Also I know when you started to put silver on your sister. It was about two months ago and I had some one watching her this whole tme as well. Vlad come on out and take Cora with you."

"Yes Alpha," Vlad said as he came from the shadows. "I will take her to a safe place. Also I took care of a few rouges who were after her. Those teens has a lot of potentail. I would like to take the time to train them if you do not mind. They can become a great worrior and few could also become a great protecter."

"Okay I will make sure they come with me," I told Vlad.

"Yes do so and see if they will join the pack," he responded.

"They will have the choice just like everyone else," I said. "They will have a chance to make their own path but I will have you train them so that it will help them on their jounry ahead of them."

"Alright. I see where you are going," Vlad said with a sigh. "I see great potenail and want to keep them close to me until they have grown some more."

"This is what I can do," i responded. "We can ask them to stay until you feel that they have learn what they need to learn from you. When they have hit a wall that you cannot go any futher than we can turn them loose to choose what to do. As a rule I will not force no one but will ask and give them oppurtunity to better themselves for their future."

"Alright. I have Cora and we will meet you at the pack that your are helping outs territory," Vlad said as he picks Cora up and leaves.
