Twinkle and Jacob are extremely busy with their career and then searching for wedding venues...they have to manage to find two venues as they're going to be marrying in both the traditions...

twinkle invites all her friends and family from India and spends time with them...Tanya accompanies her for Indian wedding shopping and jihun for her korean wedding shopping... Tanya, and well the most unpredicted person Kate are going to be my bridesmaids and jihun Paxton and aman the best men....our little taekwon is going to be the flower boy...

dearest Jacob, when I was diagnosed I lost interest in every thing...nothing excited me anymore... I gave up is what I thought until I found an opportunity to thank you for healing me through your music... I never understood why you were being mean, rude and acting like jerk towards until I knew you were trying to hide the fact that you are my cupidadmirer... I loved the way how you try to hid it...whatever happened between us... I believe we took the long road but ended at the same destination...we had to detour to collect a major missing piece in our family our son...thank you for everything you have done and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you ...

I'm disease free and I married the love of my life and we have become parents...it is so tiring yet very satisfying at the same time...waking up with the loves of my life... I don't need anymore ... Life is perfect and happy

I am finally married to the love of my life...twinkle is the perfect daughter, wife and mom anybody could ask for...waking up next to them fills my heart with gratitude and thankfulness... I finally started to appreciate things in my life and now I am not afraid to show who I am to the world...we are embarking on a life time journey together and I couldn't ask for more...

jinho...twinkle... taekwon....leading a happy life along with Jacob's parents...soon it's taekwon's birthday

all the three go to the ice parlor, eat ice cream and then go to a cafe cut the cake ...and then go to a pet shelter and adopt a puppy for taekwon...all the four lay on the grass in the park...looking into the sky... thinking life is short but good under twinkling stars...

jihun and paxton adopted twins... Aman is still the same clumsy person...he is still trying his luck in love...we continued to volunteer for many orphanages and trying our best to find homes for them.... taekwon is happy with his pup, mom and dad and a huge family from two countries...

miss journal and dear diary gave birth to toodle doodles...

I am taekwon and I am 6 years old now...since I am a big boy now... I want to tell mom and dad that I love this girl from my class and she said she is going to marry me when she turns 7... I have to wait another year to get married...it is so sad...
