Chapter 3: The Teacher

The way he smiled in front of the villagers is a moment that I will never forget. It's making me feel something unusual and completely unreal at all. We arrived at the Academy and everyone is talking about him. Now I'm pretty sure that they went at the carnival last night.

"Snow! Snow! Snow!"

"Aww!!!!!" I screamed when I felt someone pinch me so bad!

When I looked at the person it was just Fierra! Damn her really and truly. "What the heck were you thinking, Fierra?!" I asked irritated.

"That should be me asking that, Snow! Your mind was flying just now! I called you a few times but you're like mindless!" She said.

"Hmmm… I'm sorry. I'm thinking a lot right now." I excused. Argh! I cant believe I was spaced out just now!

After class I decided to eat lunch with Fierra. We went inside the canteen ang ordered our food. I'm not pretty close to the other princess who are just like me also. I sometimes have an exceptions when I really pick who is going to be inside my friend circle.

After we ate out lunch we went back ins class. We practiced once again the use of our magic wand and when we got the hang of it we immediately went to the music room which is weird.

"So for todays weekly lesson we are going to be learning about illlusion or in short we are going to be making a short class mirage. And we are using the musical instruments."

"Say whaaaaaaaattt??????" I want to scream that out loud but I think that would be too rude and I might even get to be thrown out of class. That's so not like me. Rule #2: A leading must always be at her best manners wherever she might be. So heads up and don't lie down like a lazy cat!

So I just raised my hand to ask a question rather than to be scolded. "Why musical instruments, Miss?" I asked.

"Ha! Very nice question, Miss Snow! You see there was the new magician at the carnival last night and he made mirage using his flute so I read a book about the way he way making an illusion using his flute and researched about it. But only few were revealed. I only learned last night about the few basic spells on how to activate a musical instrument but only for a limited time. And please take your time to calm down. According from what I researched the illusion you make is based on your energy so keep calm."

W-What did she just say?! A magician? At the carnival? Last night? Just what the hell is going on?! Why is my teacher also influenced by that dumb magician?! I wasn't even caught in his illusion so it is just so impossible. Tch!

"And!!! For the best part! Ten-tenenen-tenen!!" We heard someone playing do the do-re-mi sound using a flute and boom! That Wynter-man magician just appeared right in front of right now!

"Mister Wynter is the who is going to teah=ch you today the basics of making an illusion!"

"WOW!!!! That's so cool!!"

"Yup, not bad>"

"A handsome teacher? I guess I'm going to be listening right now. Maybe he can give me tips on how to be handsome too"

I poked my face when everyone commented such ugly praises like that! Well atleast not my best friend right?! I looked at Fierra and my jaw dropped immediately when a made a banner out of fire that says " You're so handsome!!!"

Like what the hell guys?! You're not6 obviously inside one of his illusions right now?! "Tch! Show off!" I mumbled.

"Am I?!" Damn you're not saying he heard me right? Or I was just too loud right now?!

I just looked away and I was not! I repeat! I was not caught by his ugly handsomeness, like right now!

I just rolled my eyes and looked away. "So let me cast a spell on each insrtuments." My teacher started saying weird word like hell I would never understand!! I admit. I liked magic but I just lost my interest like right now! The moment this Wynter guy just appear in front of us to teach us some dumb lessons.

"Okay so now pick the instrument you like." All of them were running like horses and charge to all of the musical instrument and just like that…

"Aren't you going to get one, purrincess??" can I just punch this guy right now? Or should I at least freeze him? I have two dumb chioces.

"Tch. Shut up." I hissed and when I went to get my musical instrument my eyes were like…. A ball running around like crazy right now when I saw… the only instrument left… was the…. Flute.

Why did fate put me in such a crazy situation like right now? I asked some of them to switch instruments but they seem to comfortable of what instrument they picked.

So I have no choice really eh?

"Good choice, Princess. I might able be to teach you first." So damn unlucky. [period]

"Okay so Wynter picked Snow to be his substitute. So Snow. Up in front." I just sighed in defeat and stood up and walked towards him. Like hell do I even have a choice?! We're in the middle of class right now!

"So the first thing I'm going to say is I can't teach you the way I learned how to do this. I'm already used to illusions right now and as you know they eat up almost all of your energy so you better be careful and do not hesitate."

"Tch. Can't teach us the way you learned them? You're just scared that we might get even better than you." I whispered to myself again.

"Sorry to interrupt, Miss Snow but I'm already perfect." I covered my mouth immediately. The hell?!

"So step one! You must imagine your illusion in your head and then after that focus on the image you imagine close your eyes and play the right tune and voila! There you go!"

"U-Uhmmm Sir. Can you repeat that?! I couldn't understand." The Teacher said. I just want to laugh so hard irhgt now! You suck at teaching us dummy!" I whispered at myself again. Tch I couldn't even doubt if he's ever going to hear that.

"Hmmm… okay. Let me make it clear to all of you. Even you someone who just said I suck at teaching." I froze for that moment and just rolled my eyes, and act as if I didn't care. Well I don't!

"I am going to be imagining… snow. Once I got that image in my head I will play that right the right melody that comes inside my head. And also you make your own music. Since you picked that instrument you must know how to play it. The very first notes that comes inside your head is the one you are going to be playing."

"So for now look at my fingertips. You are probably wondering why I close my eyes during I play the flute, right?" Everyone then nodded except for me.

"It's because once the right notes flash inside my head I really concentrate to visualize it and play it. It will really be hard for you do not focus on a note. So now I will play the note the comes up in my head and that will be the result of snow. If you keep on practicing everyday you might able be to take a grip of it. And the keyword is… Mirage!" I don't think I will ever get to understand that.

After explaining everyone looked at his fingertips and I just took a peek of it. HE put his mouth on the tube and started playing a melody. Why is he making a melody I will never forget huh?

"Mirage!" And Wow! There was really snow everywhere! I can't even see the classroom right now!!! Our teacher just clapped her hands and I cannot deny how amaze I am right now. Like really?

"Note also I ca't remove this illusion until I make a dispelling melody but as of for you… your illusion will just disappear in second so it's really important for you to concentrate and also….. a warning."

And I felt chills everywhere when his face turns very serious. It's very scary! Who-ho.

"Don't ever use illusion for wrong purposes. There is an deity that controls an heaven and earth illusion that you will make so whenever you use it for bad reasons. You'll die." I swallowed so hard and it really sent chill down to my spuine.

We all just nodded and he dispel his illusion so that we can focus. Everyone really looked confident except me! Damn! IT's bevcause I don't know how to play any musical instruments! I mean I do take classes in one of these but when I tried them all and knew that I can't I stopped!!!!

I swallowed so hard again because I really don't know what to do. What do I even say to him!?

"Hey can you teach me to use this flute?" [cool acting] I obviously can't do that!! My reputation as princess is ruined!!

"Why aren't you playing with the opthers?!" I heard an annoying voice that makes me puke! God I hate him! I just don't know why!

So I faced him with an iriitated face. "Why do you care? Tch. Mind your own business tch.

He covered his mouth and gasped. My eyes widened when I thought that he figured it out !! damn it!

So I ran towards him and covered his mouth very tight so he couldn't talk. But I just froze when I look at everyone and they already looking at me! Damn it! This guy causes trouble in my life!

I immiediatley let gyo of his mouth and wiped it. They may even hae germs rightn on it and worse! " A-Ah I covered his mouth because… uhmmm because he wanted to be noisy and distract you guys! I wouldn't even want that." I felt very relieved when everyone just turns around and mind their own business again.

I swallowed and looked away. But after I found out to myself that ireally couldn't do anything but to ask me to vteach him to play flut… damn! I just had to do it! So I walked towards him.

"Oi…" I called him out. He looked down on me because he was just too… tall!!!

"What do you want, Purrincess???" He sarcastically asked while grinning at me.

"Can you teach me to play flute?" I asked with a very low voice.

He leaned his ears down like he didn't just heard me at all!! Damn it! This guy is very..Argh! I looked at him with an annoying face and shouted at him. "CAN YOU TEACH ME TO PLAY FLUTE?!!!!!"

He gave me an annoying grin and it's making me more want to rip off everything that is so wonderfull of about him! Even that very sexy and kissable lips of his!!

But luckily no one heard my very loud shout because they were busy minding their own business with their instruments right now including our teacher she is also practicing.

"Of course!! Ha ha!" HE clapped his hands like a five year old child which is really makingmme supr duper mad right now!! I could even melt off this whole land while I'm really angry or even annoyed.

"Okay so let's start off with the basic do-re-mi-fa-so-la-ti-do."
