Dad's Dream.

"Where do you want to go to ?" Nathan asked as they left the mall, after hours of trying on dresses Alex had finally chosen one.

"Am hungry, let's eat while we wait for Mother 'she said.

"Sounds good, what do you crave, "he asked.

"Mmmm, anything good" she answered looking away she muttered something under her breath.

" Huh, I didn't catch that "Nathan chuckled.

"Your cooking, I miss it. back at the mansion .....the meals are great but so extra its not always that good as they think "she said

He chuckled, "Alright" He turned realizing Alex had stopped and glancing at a window.

"What are you looking at," he asked moving back. It was a suit store displaying different types of suits. He noticed the sadness on her face and frowned.

"Dad's dream finally came true, he always wanted to start one but dead before they could. Cynthia told me she had taken over the project, I guess she finally fulfilled it. Am glad Dad's legacy still lives on " she smiled.

A tear flowed down her face and Nathan got closer wiping them.

"Let's go in "he said holding her hand.

"Ahh...but..." Alex tried stopping him but he dragged them inside. they moved around and she found herself smiling as she pointed out the designs he had discussed with her before.

Nathan smiled letting her relish in her father's memory.

"This one would look nice on you "she pointed turning back to him.

"Should I try it on? " he asked getting closer.

She nodded excitedly.

He left to change and she sat down to wait.

"You looking.... "she feel silent when he returned.

"It was made for you, "said the staff.

He turned back to the speechless Alex and got closer.

"What's wrong? "he asked.

"You... look so sexy... I can't find the words to describe it "she said pushing his long strands of hair behind his ear.

"You just did... Sexy... Hmmm," he smiled..." I didn't know you loved such stuff "Alex moved back and he laughed.

"Maybe you can take it off me later "he pulled her close and whispered in her ear.

Alex fully pushed him away," We are taking it & the other two, "she said to the staff while hiding her blushing face.

Nathan walked off chuckling.

It was when she noticed a familiar face.

It was Cynthia with Roy, he was holding her bags with one hand while the other held hers.

She smiled and grabbed her phone.

"Who is it? "Roy asked Cynthia when her phone rang.

"It's sister "she smiled..." Hello... It's been so long "

"Am okay, I wanted us to meet today. Got some time to come out "said Alex.

"Yeah, we can am just with Roy. Where are you right now "Cynthia asked.

"Turn around, "said her sister.

"Huh? "she exclaimed turning and giggling when she recognized her sister's face in the store next to them.

Half running Alex watched her sister run to her.

They hugged almost stumbling back from the force.

"I missed you "cried Cynthia.

"And I missed you "she answered.

Roy walked up to them," Hello, sister-in-law "he smiled.

"Hello Roy... I see your taking care of my sister now "

He nodded glancing back at Cynthia.

"What are you doing here alone? Where is the Mother? "asked Cynthia trying to change the topic.

"Somewhere with Mr Livingston," she said.

"Oh... then you're alone? Nathan didn't come... Is he still angry at you "she frowned..." Maybe it's time I stop being afraid of your arrogant boss and go teach him a lesson about harassing my sister "yelled Cynthia turning towards Roy.

Roy who had been listening frowned placing his hand over her mouth to stop her.

She noticed his gaze and turned to see Nathan standing beside her sister.

"Oh, his here "she glared back at her sister.

"You didn't give me a chance to speak "Alex shrugged.

"So you here too "he frowned.

"Mmm "Roy replied.

"Is this what you do on your free day... Spend time with this.... "he frowned noticing Alex's glance.

Cynthia moved to her sister," What are you doing here, supporting me "

"I didn't know you opened it, I was so glad when I saw it ". Alex smiled.

"It was last week, I wanted to but you had distanced yourself so l let you be. So how is it? "Cynthia held her sister's hand.

"Wonderful, I loved everything. It has all his designs & the way he wanted it to be. Thanks so much "said Alex.

The staff walked over handing Nathan their bags and returning Alex's card.

"Ahh, is he poor now...Why are you paying?"

"Cause I want to "Alex smiled holding Nathan's hand...." Let's go grab something to eat now "

Roy and Cynthia glanced at them leave and blinked. Then slowly followed.
