Un-Solo Leveling

This is my new fan-fiction work. A story of someone who gets a chance to reincarnate into the world of Solo Leveling. It's an alternate universe where Jin Woo's decision to reverse the time ended up badly for the Earth's future so he needs to fix it, but he needs someone's help. A young man's soul is chosen to help him save the Earth by going to the past. The young man receives the power to grow stronger in the world where Awakeners can't get stronger after their awakening, just like Sung Jin Woo, but not really the same. With his power, he is determined to keep getting stronger and protect the Earth. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ I have uploaded up to +30 chapters in my Patreon page. 65. Guild

Moon Rabbit, the name of the Guild that Indra and Dewi made. They couldn't decide on the name for days until their dad told them to just use Dewi's unique ability's name.

His suggestion was White Rabbit because dad doesn't know the ability's real name. But Dewi's rabbit transformation doesn't only have white color. There are some red parts that are very eye catching.

So then they decide to just settle with Moon Rabbit, the real name of her ability. Even so, she isn't the Guild Master, Indra is the Guild Master. She is the Vice-Guild Master and the face of the Guild. In another word its mascot.

When Indra tells her that, Dewi chases him until they have some laps around the city.

But because none of them have any experience of managing a company, they decide to leave it to the professionals.

Their grandpa recommends some people that he trusts to be their assistants and secretaries. The ones he recommends are people with skills but unable to show those skills because the companies they worked in prefer connections over skills.

They did great jobs, but couldn't even get promoted because their previous companies would rather promote the family members of their 'important' people.

Like if the son of a manager applies, he will immediately get accepted and even get promoted to a good position even though he isn't that skillful.

Indra doesn't want to run his Guild like that. He prefers to hire those with real skills over just connections. Even if his cousins apply, he will still test them if they have the skills for the positions they are applying for.

So he also tests the ones recommended by his grandpa. He gives them a week to do their supposed jobs and he will evaluate them.

There are a lot of things to do in the early stages of creating their Guild. They need to make proper organization structures, recruiting members, preparing proper contracts, making rules, etc.

That's why Indra thinks that this is the best time to see the skills of these recommendations. They will hold important positions, after all, so he needs them to be very skillful.

As for trust, he has a skill called Soul Contract that will bound their souls with him. Breaking their contracts will result in severe consequences that even National Level Hunters won't be able to bear.

Of course, Indra tells all of them about this skill before they start their tests. Some people back down immediately, but most still stay because Indra also tells them that he also can't break his side of contracts, so it's fair.

Because of their fame as National Level hunters, people are flocking to join their Guilds. Obviously they can't accept everyone, so they need to do a lot of tests.

For now, Indra plans to only make 2 raid teams led by him and his sister. So they need 18 A-Ranks to meet the minimum requirement of at least 10 A-Rank hunters in an A-Rank Gate.

But they will also need more hunters to work as miners, monster corpse carriers, porters, and dismantlers. High rank Gates are full of resources like crystals and monster materials, so they need to make sure they have teams to handle those.

Indra also has a plan to make lower rank teams to raid lower rank Gates. But they can't do it immediately when the Guild has just been built. They still lack experience and doing too much work from the beginning will only ruin their development.

Then in just a week, they've finished preparing all the ground work to start their Guild, except for recruiting Hunters. It's because Indra's test for the recommended people who will work on the management of the Guild is set to be 1 week.

So they worked really hard to show good results. Indra always stealthily observed them everywhere they went and everything they did in the last 1 week using his clones to understand their skills and personalities.

That way, he can assign the correct positions for them. They will be the cores of this Guild's management, so he needs to put extra attention to them.

He rejects 2 people because he finds out they steal other candidates' works. For him, skills are important, but trust and honesty are even more important.

Now both Indra and Dewi have personal assistants that will help them with things like schedules. The Guild's management will be handled by a General Manager which is a man in his late 30's.

The other candidates are placed in some other important positions based on Indra's observation of their works in the last week.

Of course, all of them sign Soul Contracts with Indra. He needs to make sure none of them will betray him from the beginning and it also helps them trust him because he also puts some conditions for himself in the contracts like he won't harm them unless they try to harm him.

But they still need more people to do all tasks, so they will recruit more employees while also recruiting Hunters.

Indra leaves the recruitment for the Guild's administrative positions to the General Manager while he will take care of the Hunter recruitments.

There are many A-Ranks that apply, but they can only accept 18. For Indra and Dewi, the power of the A-Ranks doesn't really matter because they can solo A-Rank Gates anyway. So they are choosing based on personalities and attitudes.

It takes quite a lot of effort to finally find those who meet their criteria because they don't just recruit A-Rank Hunters for the Raid team. They also recruit hunters for mining teams, corpse retrieval teams, porters, and dismantlers.

Indra also wants to recruit production type hunters like blacksmiths to at least help them maintain their equipment, but they are still rare to find and their Guild's fund is limited.

Both he and his sister got a lot of rewards from the S-Rank Gate raid, but it's not unlimited. Even buying the office building that's not too big already takes a lot of their reward money.

So they will need to raid some dungeons first to increase their funds before they can start recruiting again.

Indra forms Team A with him as the Captain and Team B led by his sister. Each team raids an A-Rank dungeon just a day after accepting the A-Rank Hunters.

It surprises the A-Rank Hunter who thought they would do some training or at least raid lower level dungeons first to understand each other better. But they just go straight raiding A-Rank dungeons when most of them barely know each other's name.

"Listen, recruits! Today I will see how good you are in battles. Listen to my orders and do as I say or you will be fired. You are allowed to make suggestions, but I will do the final call, understand?"

"Y-yes!"

"Alright, let's raid this dungeon."

Indra has checked everyone's abilities and they also have written all their abilities when they were signing the contracts. That's why he could assign them to the A and B teams based on their abilities.

He has taught Dewi the raid strategy to check their teams' true abilities. The plan is for both Indra and Dewi to not involve themselves too much and focus on giving orders. They will only interfere if the situation becomes too dangerous.

Their teams' strategies are quite different because their team members have different abilities. Indra's team is balanced in the front and back because of his presence as a support. He can also attack in both close and long ranges, but he won't show it yet.

Meanwhile, Dewi's team has more long-range hunters like Mages and archers. In fact, they only have 1 melee fighter while having 3 Tanks. There are 1 Healer, 2 Mages, and 2 Archers.

It's because Dewi alone is enough to handle the frontline. The Tanks' jobs are taunting enemies and protecting the back-liners. It's the same for the only swordsman whose job is to deal with the monsters that slip past through Dewi and protect the back line.

The teams are not working well in the beginning, but they get better quickly as they follow their Captains' commands. They even manage to defeat the bosses without much help from Indra and Dewi.

It strengthens their trust in Indra's and Dewi's leaderships. They even discover new ways of using their abilities they never thought of before. So with their Guild's first raid success, they are ready to grow into the best Guild.
