Suspicion [1]

[Star P.O.V] 

It is late in the morning and things are silent as usual. The D-block cell is the most disciplined cell out of all the 24. 

Nobody talks without my permission. 

Inmates are like dogs who need to bark only when the owner ask, or when they see something dangerous. 

The only thing my guys bark to, is the presence of another Block Leader. 

They don't even flinch at the sight of Encender and her team of roaches. They all know we are going to squash them like bugs. 

I will personally kill those that dare to get injured, like what I did to my other inmate. 

Losers put me on the rag. 

"Tsk."

Looking at the ceiling became frustrating. The eerie winds passing through the hallway is just making it worse. 

Crack—! 

I jumped to the ground and felt a crushing sound underneath my feet. It was one of the rats that took this block as their home. 

Swash, swash, swash...

I could hear the sound coming from the big-long nosed Kont rushing towards me. He ignored what he was baking in the kitchen, and took a short turn. 

He bowls, "Good morning boss."

"...."

He didn't mind me ignoring him at all. Furthermore, he just took a cigarette and put it in my mouth. 

Tucky arrives with a hugged breath, "Haa! Haa! Haa!"

It was understandable. He had to run from the laundry, and pass through the large bathrooms to get here. 

He lights up my cigarette with a shining smile. It made it look like his previous appearance was all an act.

I breathe in the tobacco scent and I could feel it sink into my body. Kont took out the cigar. 

Haaa—! 

I breathe out, leaving a cool sensation on my body. It's more like I was purified. 

"Huuu-!" The big-long nose breathe in some of the air I let out. 

"We are always so fresh. All mornings should be like this."

He took a deep pause, before menacingly saying, "You did great when you killed that female alien. She wouldn't let us smoke in here. This is prison! Not some environmental friendly place!"

"That's right. She was a clean freak." Tucky added with an evil grin. 

Thanks to his horrible breath, I had to look to the side. 

He continued, "Our cell wouldn't look like this, if she was around! Hehe he! ." However, he soon frowned, "Just thinking about that bi*ch makes me enraged!"

Junk was laying all over the cell. It is smelling more like a compost. Even so, it doesn't matter. 

'Encender we clean in spotless when I beat her to a bloody pulp!'

"Tucky prepare same tea. Make it fast. Don't forget to roast the fish."

Tucky answered loudly, "Yes Bro!!"

Kont took a feather duster and remove all the dirt on my overalls. 

Hard-boiled man like us don't need to bathe. However, our clothes need to be as clean as Mother Teresa. 

'We are drip gods!'

That's why I killed every woman on my block. 

They were just a pack of sand, who hold us back by wasting their time in physical appearances. 

I moved over to the bars of my cell. My hands stayed in my pockets. 

Everyone on the block immediately stopped what there were doing. They all stood up firmly to the ground, like there were on military training. 

"Good morning messiah our savior!!"

I could only see a select few thanks to the dim prison lights. Even so, the mighty power of their shout was heard, loud and clear. 

'This is what prisoners should be like.'

Kont put the cigar in my mouth and I puffed the air outside the cell. 

"Tomorrow we are going to show some newcomers a lesson. You can kill them if you like, but remember if anyone of you dares to lose." 

My eyes turned blood shot. I yelled, "You are in for hot soup! Do whatever it takes to win! You got that?!"

"Yes messiah!!"

The long-big nose took out the cigar in my mouth. 

I just smiled at my loyal subordinates, "Great. You all should never disappoint me."

"Your tea is ready Bro." Tucky states with his head bowing down, "I made it as hot, as you like it."

'Hmm...he did it again.' 

I took the cup of tea in his hands and poured it on his red hair. 

Bastard added chilly to my tea!

'I hate people who don't listen.' 

Tucky just starts giggling with a red face. He looked like a school girl in love, "I will follow you to the end of the world my messiah. I will even kiss your feet if you ask me to"

I ignored his worship towards me. 

He is a devotee and the only person willing to take a blade for me. No matter how rudely I treat him. 

Crush—! 

Crushing sounds came, as I stepped on the junk in my cell. I even stepped on a rat, but I felt reluctant to pick it up. 

'All trash belong underneath my feat.'

'Tomorrow we are going to encircle those newcomers and stomp them to death. There is no room for mercy. This is war.'

..... 

"That what is on his mind. He plans to over power us with numbers. He will try his best to avoid a head on confrontation."

"Impossible!" Rajah states with a disdain look. 

His dark eyes were like daggers set out to kill me, "This peasant is only saying that because he is afraid of my awesome plan."

We are using the t.v light, as we watched an ancient movie with fish pie in front of us. 

Rajah spreads open his hands, spreading his vanilla cologne. He soon arrogantly states, "We should put this peasant on the vanguard and me in the middle. Tsuyoi and Encender will be on the back." 

He smiles with his hands on his chin, "The prince will protect all of you ladies. After all I am the knight in shining armor. I won't die, so I am the best protection you need."

The girls ignored him and munched on the pie. We were taking turns, because Encender is a fast and gluttonous eater. 

She finished a whole fish pie by herself yesterday. Stupid red panda left us with empty stomachs! 

"Tito, tell Tsuyoi her position for the fight?" She asked with her sky blue eyes filled on the t.v. 

It is a war film. Her sky blue eyes are reacting to every scene. 

She didn't even notice Encender taking up her turn. 

I just sighed, before asking, "Tsuyoi, I don't mean to be rude, but why are helping us? We need more hands, but there is no need for you to get involved."

She paused the film. Her eyes were almost teary, but she maintained a straight face, "Encender is Tsuyoi's friend. Friends don't need a reason to help each other."

Her response says it all. 

She was a friend to all, but never had a friend. 

All the people she wanted to prove herself to, treated her with the back of the hand. Encender is the one who loved her back. 

That's why she didn't say Rajah or me. 

Well...her past has nothing to do with me. 

I smiled at her, "I see. You and I will take care of the background characters."

Tab—! 

I stabbed my fork to the ground. A certain light brown haired girl was about to take my share. 

I continued, "As long, as the leader is out our chance of winning are high. Is that right, Encender?"

The little girl next to me nods her head and swallows her food. 

'At least she knows some manners.'

"All I have to do is beat the iguana." She grins with a fork in her mouth, "Alright! That's easy."

This red panda. She is making in look easy. That guy's power to make blades pop out anywhere is annoying. 

I wanted to face him since I hold the advantage, but someone couldn't turn down a challenge. 

"You can have my share." I am going to bed

Encender just smiled from ear to ear. 

Rajah took hold of my collar and yells, "What's my position?! It should be somewhere Encender and Tsuyoi can see my awesomeness!"

'Awesomeness my foot... Your ability is only suitable for one position.'

I took hold of his right hand and crushed his fingers. Likewise, I coldly say, "You are our tank. Your job is to make sure you protect us from getting hit. If you have a problem fight me.'

"Ahh!" The black haired man shrieked with furious eyes. 

I let him go, and walk out of the living room. However, the moment I reached the kitchen, someone had to open her mouth. 

"Tsuyoi was told that people should go to bed at night. Why is Tito going to bed at eleven in the morning?"

Rajah answers, "That's because he is insane! I know it's dark, but one shouldn't sleep at such a time. That's a sign of laziness! Never socialize with Tito, Tsuyoi."

I ignored them, together with the other inmates making noises from their cells. 

My body needs all the rest it can get. After all, I need to fight both mentally and physically tomorrow. 

Using the dim light, my feet dragged me towards my bunk bed. 

I hope this is the only time, I get in tangles with that red panda. 

Furthermore, I need to start making a map of this place, to look for the best escape route. 

"Haa…" I sighed. 

I need to focus on the matter at hand. 

Currently, the thing bugging me is that one of Stars' two henchmen is a spy. 

I can't tell whether it is the unfortunate woman or the other guy. 

Not only that, but I can't also figure if it's a prison guard or spy from another Block. 

In my eyes Star is a good person, but highly stupid. 

Someone has been using him to stop people from escaping this place. Which rises the chances of the spy being a prison guard.
