CHAPTER 13: Interactions with Kaichou-sama

He has never read books before. Even during formal exams, he only studied for a month or two. Normally he doesn't even touch the books. It's not like he knows Japanese, oh, but he can understand a line or two... for example, yamete and whatnot...
