Thronir

Thronir had the axe in his hands and did not not want to leave it. He stared into the eyes of the person he wanted to him the most and has hunted all his life. The anger in him would not subside. The pain of his fathers and kin cannot just go away like that. The war was certainly over but his war certainly was not. Keep your axe down, said Archimedes. It is over, he said to his friend. But I cannot, he said. You do not want peace, asked Archimedes. I would like to have peace, but can I have it, he said and looked into the eyes of the Marakese. I highly doubt it, he said.

Plato sat down by the caves on a rock, and Constantine came beside him and sat next to him. Just like old times, he said and picked up a small stone and threw it playfully. You don't really feel old here, he said. Yes, replied Plato. He was looking all around without any judgement. He felt no part in the war or none that came before him. He did not take pride in the victory, nor had he felt pain in defeat. He was mostly detached to things. He just did what he felt was his duty. The gods are thousands of years old and I'am just a small child compared to them, he said. Plato still did no say anything, he did not feel the need to say anything. Words would dilute the serenity that Constantine was feeling. Archimedes looked at Plato and came towards him. He too sat beside him. All the light may shine on me, he said to his human friend. But you are the true hero, he said to him. People may build statuses for me, and you would smile at it in happiness. They will never sing your name in praise. No one will say that you are a hero. Archimedes for the first time in his life looked at another person in admiration. And you would be fine with it, he said and picked up a stone and threw it. Archimedes looked at Plato and there was a crown that flashed on top of his head. Now it had all meant sense. In the war, and in many other wars. It was Plato in different forms directing the path of Archimedes. When Archimedes was on the chariot there was someone above him. It was the silent yet powerful voice of a Plato that told him to go head on into battle. Without his voice, he would not have won that war. Without his presence he would not have had that courage. Archimedes looked at Plato and he shone like a god. A true god, a true gods light he had. Who are you? he asked him. What do you mean? asked Plato as he picked the rock up and threw it himself. I'am Plato, he said and got up and left. That was the last time anyone had seen off him or even heard off him. Goodbye Constantine, said Archimedes as he too was departing to his home. Constantine sat there by himself looking at how beautiful the planet was. Pristine, with deserts and forests and caves. The air was clean and pure. At moments you could hear the water flowing from the stream. He looked at the dwarves and hylin and thought that they had inherited a beautiful planet after all. And before him stood Ayrovan who looked like he would take the planet into eternal peace and fortune. Anatoly, Picardy and Private James walked towards Constantine. I suppose it's time for us to leave, said Anatoly. I suppose, said Constantine and got up. He was then at moment reminded of the words of Romanov. "One day you would find a planet suitable for inhabiting," he said to the then young Constantine. Decades had passed and Constantine had forgot about it. But as he left the planet onboarding the craft, he could not help but smile. "This is perfect," he said. What are you smiling about? asked the private. It's nothing private, said Constantine. I was just reminded of a very wise man, who was never wrong once in his life! Oh, yeah. I have heard of the man, said Private. You knew him? asked Constantine surprised. Well, everyone does, replied the private. He looked dead straight into the eyes of Constantine.

God! he said. There was stark silence for a few seconds. Then, Both of them burst out laughing.
