Chapter 15

'I had three brothers back on earth so I know how to interact with him and even his company wouldn't be annoying but at the same, he has the right to the throne as me,' Vlad is thinking to himself while riding with 6 guards behind him.

Once on the scene, Vladimir looks down at the Count then his eyes shift over the little boy near the carriage "Konstantin" he mumbles but the boy heard and replies "yes big brother." Vladimir smiles then looks at the Count "so Count Smith it seems you have run into some trouble with my little brother?" Vladimir says in a casual tone.

Count Smith's face looked pale and was a little scared. When he saw Vladimir showed up, it confused him because why would the Tsar himself show up. He has been in Russia for a long time now and he has seen a few paintings around so he knows what Vladimir looks like, but when he heard a big brother and little brother, he felt some fear. This is the royal family of the is country and unlike his kingdom, the royal family here holds full power.

He does his best to calm down first bows then replies "the young and Tsar Vladimir, this a misunderstanding and if I had known I would never disrespect the royal family so please I ask for forgiveness,"

"This just a minor matter and since your not accustomed to things here then this will only be a warning and follow the laws because he is right. From what I have been told, your actions could be considered assault and your status would mean nothing as you will be arrested." is the response he got back from Vladimir.

"I would also like you to carry a message to your king for me. Tell him I will visit him soon,"

The Count nods and moves off with his servant. Konstantin got in the carriage after and moves while Vladimir is riding next to the door having a conversation with him

Once at the Palace Konstantin and Vladimir sit across from each other in a lounge area with drinks and snacks on the table between them.

"How was your trip, Konstantin?" Vladimir starts off the conversation by asking a question.

"It was good except for the carriage rides. It was too bumpy sometimes, which made my but heart and boring as well,"

"I see. Well, don't worry I'll try to improve it or maybe something better" he says while thinking about cars but sighs realizing they may be a long way to go.

Konstantin nods "In Moscow, I heard about the railway and invested some money of my own to help out,"

"thank you," he picks up a cookie off the tray on the table "Konstantin, are you interested in being the Tsar?"

Konstantin took a minute to think. He shakes his head "no, running Moscow and the surrounding areas is a lot, but with help from advisors so I can't imagine running Russia and I'm too young,"

Vladimir only nods, and he asked because he wanted to prop Konstantin and see where his thoughts lay for now. Yes, for now, because he might change later.

They continue talking and having a good time before it was time for dinner where they had pasta and other things.
