Rodrigo was at the airfield about to board a private jet to Colombia where he would meet the cartels contacts, arriving with his men he boarded the plane and it left, 2 hours and they arrived at Colombia at another airfield, exiting the jet Rodrigo saw about 5 vehicles that waited on him and 3 guys that smiled upon his arrival, "Welcome to Colombia, I hope you enjoyed the long flight" One man shouted, this was Pico the cartel representative who was assigned to making relations with the cartels down south, "I need food, women and rest" Rodrigo responded "Hahaha Rodrigo as always, you haven't changed, Come we have all of these things back at the mansion" Pico said, they all left the airfield and drove to a secluded area that housed a massive luxury mansion with guards Stationed at every corner, they stepped out of the vehicles and entered the house "Welcome to my humble home" Pico shouted as two females quickly came to serve him....

Rodri[Boss, They'll be some complications before we accomplish this operation, Pico says there are cartels that are willing to intervene if we try as much as to even build one, and all Cocaine sites are controlled by them so sharing is also non negotiable, I suggest we set up a meeting with all of them and convince them to give up a few labs for us, establish friendship]
