THUNDER GOD MODE 2ND STAGE

Luo Tian ran around the mountain for hours without a break as he kept on killing demonic beasts.
He made sure to set a certain criteria for beasts that he wanted to make into soldiers so unless they satisfied the conditions he set he wouldn't make them his soldiers.
He wanted a pack of wolves, some bird kind of soldiers and beasts that focused more on strength.
He hunted almost 200 demonic beasts and only turned 30 of them into soldiers. He made a squad of 12 Golden Eagles into his soldiers, a pack of 12 Scarlet Wolves though he was still looking for an Alpha to lead them and lastly 6 Vicious Bears.
The Scarlet Wolves were all mid level Normal Rank while the Vicious Bears and the Golden Eagles were on the verge of breaking through to Elite Rank.
He sent 8 of his eagles and the rest of his new soldiers away for hunting while the remaining 4 eagles were sent in each of the 4 directions North, South, East and West for them to search for a certain tribe that was deep in the mountains.
Moreover he didn't just gain new soldiers. Over the countless hours as he hunted his cultivation rose to the 1st level of Profound Grandmaster Realm and he could tell that soon he could breakthrough again.

It is currently late at night and it's pitch black outside. The whole mountain is shrouded in the darkness of the night and it's when Demonic beasts are most active.
Luo Tian is currently walking through the dark forest holding Juewang unsheathed and walking around with his eyes peeled alert for anything.
He was also using this chance to get a grasp on observation haki since his eyes could only see at most 15 meters ahead in such darkness.
He had been hunting for so long so his body was covered in blood plus he was getting irritated with such low quality beasts since he wanted to get Juewang to breakthrough. "Little Wifey if I keep killing 2nd and 3rd rank beasts how many do you think you'll need to breakthrough?" He asked.
It was quite hard to find a 4th rank beast afterall so he had to ask her. "You've already killed 179 demonic beasts in total so if you keep up the pace mabye after you kill about 180 more 3rd rank beasts then I will. The difference between a Demonic beast that has a core and one that doesn't is very large afterall." She explained telepathically.
Hearing how many he had to find he wasn't happy but then he grinned as he remembered a certain event that should happen tonight. "How could I have forgotten about this? Hahaha Lets go get you the blood of a 4th rank demonic beasts Little Wifey." He said as he started sprinting into the depths of the forest with a specific destination in mind.
Juewang was confused since she had no idea that he knew where a 4th rank demonic beasts would appear." Where will we find one husband?" She asked curiously.
"In the depths of the hunting grounds area there's a 4th rank demonic beast sleeping. I forgot about it up until now." Luo Tian explained with a mischievous grin on his face.
Hearing that he knew where to find one she was happy since even she was looking forward to what kind of power she will awaken.
After running for a few more minutes Luo Tian finally heard the howl of the guide he had been waiting for.
"Awooo....Awooo." The howls of an otherwise intimidating wolf resounded through the area.
The 3 meter tall Silver Back Wolf stood on top of a cliff as it looked down at Tian who had stopped to look at it with a grin on his face. "You're the one that I've been looking for. Thanks for showing me the direction, you're also an Alpha so you'll become the leader of my pack Mr Wolf King." Luo Tian said then pointed at the Alpha wolf and bent his finger to tell it to come.
The Alpha was able to clearly understand that Yuji was provoking it and it was mad that a mere human was acting so arrogant.
Luo Tian's cultivation had been suppressed down to the 5th rank of Profound Pupil since when he was keeping it at the 6th rank the beasts were killed too easily so to increase the difficulty of fights and increase his fighting experience he lowered his strength more.
The wolf could tell that his cultivation was weak currently that's exactly why it hated that he was looking down on it. "Awooo!" It howled out again signaling it's pack to attack.
The moment the Alpha arrived it's pack was already positioning itself according to his orders, all they were waiting for was his signal to attack.
After giving the signal the Alpha also descended from it's high ground to join the fight.
16 Scarlet Flame Wolves jumped out of the forest and started their coordinated attack on Luo Tian.
Seeing all the wolves that came out Luo Tian wasn't surprised since he could already feel their hungry gazes on him from the start. "I'm not in the mood to enjoy the fight so I'll end this quick..I have more important things to do..." He didn't want to waist time with these guys so he dashed forward and one by one he cut them down in a single strike with Juewang.

Luo Tian's movements were all very efficient and fluid thanks to his sharingan and fighting so many beasts while suppressing his strength so he had no problem dealing with them especially since they were all running to him saving him the trouble of chasing after them.
The Alpha arrived just as Luo Tian finished off the last wolf and it's once bloodthirsty look turned to fear as it looked at the shriveled up corpses of all his pack members.
Noticing that the pack leader arrived Luo Tian grinned. He turned his body and stretched out his palm to the Wolf King. "Lightning Bolt." He muttered.
At that instant a palm width black lightning bolt flashed forward towards it. The Wolf King had no time to react and was instantly killed, the lightning bolt fried the Wolf instantly turning it's silver fur black as smoke eminated from it's body.
Finishing off his fight he let out a sigh."Sigh...now let's go find that big guy...oh wait I needed a Wolf King for my pack.." Remembering that he needed the Wolf King he walked over to the middle of all the corpses then stretched out the range of his Shadow Monarch powers.
"Arise." He muttered. All the 16 Scarlet Wolves shadows formed and the Wolf Kings followed soon after.
"...The Scarlet Flamed Wolves are Mid Normal Rank and the Wolf King is Just about to enter Elite Rank....All of you go hunt everything you can find, the Wolf King will be your leader." Luo Tian ordered. As soon as he finished giving orders all of them ran back into the forest with the Wolf King leading them leaving Luo Tian behind.
'Except for 4th rank demonic beasts I don't need anymore soldiers...at least until I leave this city.' He thought to himself as he continued to make his way to the sleeping 4th rank beast as he followed the tracks that the Wolf King left behind when it was coming to him.
After running for a few more minutes the atmosphere of the forest started to become strange. There were no demonic beasts around and the complete silence was rather terrifying. 'The silence in this area gives me goosebumps...well at least it means I'm in the right place.' Luo Tian thought to himself as he continued running.

"Husband about 130 meters ahead of you there are 2 living beings. 1 is a person while the other is the 4th rank demonic beasts you were talking about, it's aura is by far stronger than all the other beasts I've sensed so far so It must be. As for the person it's mearly a Profound Master 5th rank." Juewang warned him as he got closer.
'A profound master huh...must be one of the elders from the Zhou Family... so they really came to try kill me...tsk If only I had my Mangekyo I could have manipulated this guy into getting me stuff I want from their family...I'll just kill him quick.' Luo Tian thought to himself.
" Little Wife could you tell me exactly where he is, I want to instakill him." Luo Tian asked
"The man is 82 meters ahead at 10 O'clock and the beast is 126 meters ahead at 1 O'clock." Juewang told him their exact location so he could make his attack as precise as possible.

"Thunder God Mode 2nd Stage." Luo Tian muttered.
Crackling sounds came from his body as a thin coat of black lightning covered his body and formed sparks at the sides of his eyes.
The second stage of the Thunder God mode was focused on increasing his speed in all aspects which strains his body greatly if used for long.
As for the first stage it was a more all rounded mode that didn't cause any particular damage since it's effects were spread.
As he took a step forward he pushed forward with as much strength as he could put into his legs.
*Whoosh!*
The leaves from trees and bushes around him and in the direction he ran off to were broken off and even some branches broke as Luo Tian dashed forward to the cultivator leaving a trail of black lightning and a burnt ground behind him.
As he moved faster than the eye could process held the hilt of the sheathed Juewang preparing to make a single decisive slash.
-- A few moments before Luo Tian attacked --
As for the strange cultivator he was Zhou Hengran, an elder of the Zhou Family and he had been looking for a strong beast to send into the Luo Family training grounds to slaughter all the disciples.
He had been keeping an eye on the sleeping 4th rank beast for the whole day and was planning to anger it tonight to cause havoc however he couldn't shake the feeling that something bad was going to happen. "As soon as I finish this I need to find that brat Luo Tian and kill him...this bad feeling keeps getting worse so I need to hurry up.." Zhou Hengran said as he tried to make his way to the sleeping Demonic beast however just as he was about to make a move.
*Whoosh!*
He heard the sounds of a huge gust of wind push leaves and break branches. Surprised by the situation he quickly turned his head to see what happened but was met with eternal darkness.

Luo Tian gripped Juewang's hilt tighter as he drew closer then muttered. " Thunder Gods Lightning Cutter."
Just as he said that he arrived at Zhou Hengran. Zhou Hengran was turning his head as Luo Tian unsheathed Juewang who was now coated in a layer of his lightning and made his single slash to cut off his head.
*Thump* The sound of Zhou Hengrans head falling on the floor sounded through the silent forest.
Luo Tian stopped a few feet away from the body that had now fallen down too and deactivated his Thunder God Mode as he sheathed Juewang. " Huff...Even using it for a few seconds makes my body ache and gives me a headache...Luffy you bastard how did you go into gear 2nd so much..Hoo and it seems I've become a 2nd rank Profound Grandmaster thanks to killing this guy." He complained as he felt the pain in his muscles and his head ache lightly.
He used the concept of Luffy's gear second to form the second stage of his Thunder God Mode but since he was using such a dangerous element it's after effects were much worse.
Luo Tian then looked around and stopped his gaze on the hill like beast that looked as if it was resting. "Damn...that's one huge fucking demonic beast...Little wife if a beast that looks so Juicy can't get you to breakthrough I don't know what else I could do to get you to..."Luo Tian commented as he looked over its large body.

"Don't worry, I'm sure that from that huge beast alone I will definitely breakthrough. It's like a river of 4th rank blood afterall. I can't wait to see what power I get" Juewang replied happily as she thought of the different powers she may get.
"Thank God. I'm also looking forward to it. Now let's kill the mountainous beast Little Wife " Luo Tian replied as he smirked mischevously.
'Let's!' Juewang shouted happily.

Luo Tian started walking over to the beast with a battle hungry grin on his face. "I wonder how much strength I need to kill you." He asked himself looking over the beast one more time.
