Aurora

A throat clearing sound was heard just when the stallion came to an elegant stop from having a majestic slow gallop of victory. "Young miss your dear aunt is requesting for your presence".

Aurora jumped of the horse and landed gracefully she just about looked up at her stallion and they both came to nuzzle their heads together with much tender caring love. There was a hint of gentleness in her eyes, her bond with her stallion and the divine nature much more shallower.

As Aurora was leading her horse to the stables the man followed silently watching Aurora as she walked with her horse quieter than usual she had a lost distant look in her eyes as she looked ahead. "How are you Mr Tom" Aurora asked very soundly, this made the elderly smile slightly "very well thank you Miss Aurora" Aurora turned her head slightly in his direction "Miss"?

"Oh sorry, Uncle Tom" as it suddenly dawned on her.

" I have seen you since you were a pea in a pod and you can still call me Mr so easily"

"Sorry Uncle Tom is that better now?"

"Indeed" replied Mr Tom who was Aurora's aunt Josephine's most trusted and respected butler he had seen this very little girl grow up in-front of his eyes and become a successful, educated young maiden. That was all worldly things though, it wasn't what defined Aurora or why she was how she was. With time his heart grew closer to her like a caring uncle if he could, he would give her a big hug but knowing her he knew she absolutely disliked being touched by Anyone. And deep down he wished she would just be happy but everyone knew otherwise.

"This way please Aurora" and he led her to where her most dearest aunt Josephine was, she was sitting waiting in Aurora's room. "Thank you uncle Tom"

"It is my pleasure Aurora" and she quietly followed behind Tom facing down. All Tom could do was give her a hurtful knowing look before he started to walk.

Knock,knock

"Come in" came a soft lady's voice

"Aunt Josephine" Aurora ran towards her aunt all the while Josephine smiled happily and crossed the distance to hug her and for Aurora it was the warmest hug as could be said vice versa. Josephine stepped back and looked into her nieces eyes all while still holding onto her arms, she stood there for a good few seconds before she led Aurora to the nearest couch and sat down.
