Chapter 46 : Shadow

Merus is definitely pissed at Saganbo's usage of Mortals for his own goals .

Kuro : "So , We go to the next room now ?"

Merus : "Yeah ..."

Merus and Kuro exit the room as they pass across Shirou and Kagaya .

Kagaya : "THERE YOU ARE GUYS ! I'M GLAD YOU'RE ALRIGHT !"

Merus : "Yeah you're well doing yourselves ..."

Kuro : "Where's Miryoku ?"

Shirou : "We kept her in a room ..."

Kuro : "Oh , So that means you won ... I actually won two successive battles !"

Shirou : "What ? Two Monarchs ???"

Kuro : "Actually it's one Monarch and one Mortal ."

Shirou surprised .

Shirou : "I bet that Monarch was weak ..."

Kuro : "Huh ? What's wrong with you ..."

Kagaya : "I BET HE'S ANGRY BECAUSE OF OUR LOSS !"

Merus : "You Lost ???!"

Shirou (Embarrassed) : "Y-eah ... The ... Monarch was too strong ..."

Kuro laughs silently .

Merus : "Then how are you still alive ?"

Shirou : "I used some luck there ."

Kagaya : "WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR SHIT CHAT LET'S GO TO THE NEXT ROOM !"

Merus : "Yeah Kagaya's right"

Shirou , Merus , Kuro and Kagaya go to the final room in their way .

Meanwhile Saganbo is still thinking angrily about Daganu and Amado's Loss when Raimei knockes and comes into his room .

Saganbo : "What is it ?"

Raimei : "Sir ! Looks like even Shinaru died . He died while trying to betray us so the Fictional Bomb I constructed in his mind blew up in the process .

Saganbo angrily attacks Raimei from a Distance with an Air Shockwave causing slight Scratches and a bleeding on Raimei's face .

Raimei stays quiet for a moment and says later on : "I'm sorry ..."

Saganbo (Angrily) : "Raimei , Those mortals you brought were dissapointments , You better not do anything without my consent again !"

Raimei : "Yes sir ..."

Saganbo : "Now get the hell out of my face ."

Raimei : "Yes sir !"

Raimei goes back to the Monarchs Joint Training room after closing Saganbo's room's door .

Raimei appears to be very upset due to the losses and the treatment he got .

Raimei : "Tchk , If I was just allowed to go fight them , I would of ended this Quickly with Daganu and Shinaru still alive !"

Merus's team finally enters the 5Th Room seeing Kokuto waiting for them in anger .

Kokuto (Angry) : "We finally met again ! However this time I won't run away and have you chase me ! This time ! I will definitely cut you up !"

Merus : "Looking forward to this ! SwordWrath Monarch !"

Kuro : "Lord Merus , Let's start the Plan ."

Meanwhile Shinji is still dreaming while hearing the word "Transcend" . He is apparently a dead man that can only hear in his dream . However he still has energy , even in the dream and so Shinji dives deep into his Spirit trying to understand how can he "Transcend" as said , However , clearly nothing is happening .

Shinji doesn't lose hope and is still searching as he dives even deeper into his core remembering the training on Suchumus Planet however it's still not nearly enough .

Shinji tries his best , But still totally Nothing happens .

Shinji thinks what he's lacking , Or what he's doing wrong . As he realizes he isn't calm at all , He's so stressed Thinking about something , However he doesn't even bother thinking about what he was thinking about , He simply abandons all thought and Stress and he totally , Immediately focuses every ounce of his Self into Spirit Diving .

And so for the first time in a total calm state he surpasses his Trascender Core , Meaning he Transcended his self . And so the voice he was hearing vanishes .

"Congratulations , You've Transcended"

And so Shinji opens his eyes to find himself in a Huge Cave like thing with 5 Huge Doors emitting different kinds of energies .

Shinji is filled with Joy as he can now Hear , Walk and use Moves properly , yet he still can't talk .

And so Shinji takes a look at the doors observing them well .

The First Door is filled with Dark Negative energy that even Shinji doesn't want to risk it and enter there , The Second one seems to be an evil like moderate Energy , The Third Door seems like a Good Moderate Energy , The Fourth is a really Good , Calm and Relaxed energy while the Fifth Is a completely obnoxious Energy that seems to be depressing .

Immediately Shinji's mind would go for the Fourth one however his Spirit itself was crushing him not allowing him to go there and was pushing him towards the Second Door .

Shinji was withstanding the conflict between his spirit and mind and was pushing himself hoping to at least enter the Third door .

However he mistakingly got pushed to the First Door .

Shinji was totally terrified as he enters .

By entering his entire Body , Spirit , Mind , Every single Part of his Self was refusing and tried to go back but the door was shut down , Definitely Shinji had no other choice but to continue the path However the path itself was blocked with an Invisible Wall . And so he saw himself on the other side of the wall . Shinji thought it was some kind of reflection until his other self said : "Correct choice !"

Shinji was confused he was going to reply but he forgot that he couldn't talk .

The Other Shinji : "You Know Sakuta ? Sometimes the Darkest Path is the wisest One , Because , The darkness itself will be light , Or is that a mere hallucination ?"

Shinji seems to be even more confused at the sight , After all He's seeing another Shinji .

The Other Shinji : "You will always be a monster , there is no turning back from it. But what kind of monster you become is entirely up to you , Just think about it ! , Sakuta Shinji !!! TRASCENDER MY ASS ! HOW CAN YOU BE CALLED A TRASCENDER WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN TRASCEND !"

And so The Other Shinji breaks through the Invisible Wall hugging Shinji .

"Join me ... And together we will end it all , This cycle of Good and Evil , The entirety of Justice and Unfairness , And so the Future will be safe" . Says The Other Shinji while hugging Shinji and crying .

"Who are you ?" Says Shinji after regaining his ability to talk while crying .

Alternate Future Shinji : "I'm your phantom dance partner. I'm your shadow. I'm not anything more , I'll tell you the entire truth and then we will Transcend it all ... Together !"
