Just as they were still speaking, there was a knock on the door. Grace peered through the curtains to see who it was. It was Michael, already at the door. He was all dressed as if he was going on a date rather than anything important.

 "Oh no! He's here and Jessica can't go out like this. I have to do something. But what can I do now that he's here?" She thought to herself. She heard voices outside. She peered to see who he had come with and saw that it was Mary.

 "Ha! Thank God! At least she can be of help. She opened the door and let Mary in while she went out to talk to Michael.

 "Please, start dressing Jessica up. I'll be back. Let me keep him busy so that he won't come in and see her like this." Grace begged Mary as Jessica just sat watching them like a doll.

 "Hi.. good evening...." Grace greeted him nervously.

 "Evening dear, how are you doing?" He asked her.

 "I'm good. How about you?" She returned the greeting.
