Jai spent quite a while in the village farm. It took 20 seconds to harvest a single cabbage. Therefore, he spent 6 minutes and 40 seconds in total. He then made his way towards Mit.

"Mr. Mit, I'm back! Here are the cabbages that you requested and there's exactly twenty of them."

"Good lad! I told you it was an easy task. Haha. Well since you like cooking so much, I'll be giving you this Pan then. You can cook with it and it has other uses too."

"Well, I can still give it a try. I have an immortal soul anyway. If I die, I will just resurrect." Jai insisted.

*Sigh* "Alright, a cub really doesn't know the dangers of the world. Very well, I am in need of meat but what I require isn't ordinary meat. I need five pieces of wolf meat. Although wolves are ferocious, their meat is equally as delicious and tender. Bring me back the wolf meat I require and I'll consider giving you a copy of my very own cook book."

Thinking that he was ready for the task, Jai made his way to the village entrance.

After he got there, he noticed that the entrance was packed with players beginning their own adventures.

Suddenly, a player walked towards him and amiably smiled.

"Brother, why don't you join us? Let's form a party so we can finish quests faster. Sounds good, right?"

Jai looked carefully at this player. He had pointed ears like an elf, his eyebrows were sharp like swords and a light grey hair which made him look rather handsome.

'This appearance configuration thing is really something, if only you can choose what to look like in real life.'

Jai gave it some thought and decided to go on with it.

"Well if you really think about it, it sounds more efficient than killing monsters alone. Alright, Im in!"

"Good! Come! I'll show you to everyone. I'll add you to the party on the way." The player laughed.

Ding!

Ivan invited you to join his party. Would you like to accept? [Yes/No]

'Yes' Jai joined the party as they proceeded towards the group.

As they reached their destination, Jai saw three people waiting for them. A young woman and two young men. The woman was beautiful, maybe because of the player configuration option, then one of the two young men looked at Jai and nodded at him then chose to remain silent. While the other one was quite arrogant and loud.

The arrogant young man sneered at him.

"Geez, Ivan. If you needed to bring somebody, why bring this wimp back with you? Look at him, he looks so frail that even a wolf's howl can blow him away."

This guy was looking down on him.

Jai lowered his head not daring to meet the young man which made the young man act more arrogant. But then Ivan stopped him.

"Enough Carl, it's always easier and fun with more people . Besides, there's nothing bad about inviting others. You know what they say, an extra hand is better than not having hands at all."

"Hmph. If he dare slow us down, I'll take care of him"

The young man named Carl harrumphed coldly.

Jai didn't dare look into Carl's eyes. He was timid. He didn't like clashing with someone on his first adventure. As they say, "Having an additional friend is better than making foes."

"Since there's now five of us, shall we go?"

Said the young woman. The other young man nodded indicating his intention. It seems like he doesn't talk much.

"Well, let's go. We can't be left behind from this excitement."

Then they proceeded to go outside the village.
