Cooking is not my thing

I guess you know about yesterday, the hilichurls, well, I'm just going to say that they were not what I expected.

So a went to do a quest.

[Ding! New quest: Help Luna cook].

I thought ' Help Luna cook, quest'.

Then I got out of the window and a blue square appeared, the blue was a world quest different from story quests.

I followed the blue square to a woman sitting on a log and coming something.

"Wow, smells so good"! Paimon exclaimed.

"Yea", I agreed.

"Hello traveler, I'm Luna, you look hungry would you like anything to drink or eat"? Luna asked.

"Yep, I'd like everything you know how to make"! Paimon said happily.

"Um, just a cup of water for me thanks". I answered glaring at Paimon.

Paimon, obviously, got the signal and quickly said, " Yes, I actually want just a cup of water too, thanks".

I stopped glaring at Paimon and turned to face Luna, "Hello Luna, I'm Axel and this is Paimon my guide".

"Hmm, your guide, why do you need a guide"? She asked

"Oh I'm from another-" Paimon covered my mouth.

"Oh he's just wanting to know more interesting stuff" Paimon answered for me.

"Oh, right, what Paimon said," I said.

'I'm so stupid, I forgot I was not supposed to say that I came here from another world"! I thought. 'But I don't know why I'm not supposed to say it'.

"Ok, here's your water". Luna said.

I took it and drank some, same with Paimon.

"What could we do for you"? I asked.

"You could cook some food for us to eat," She said, "I'm starving".

"Ok?" I said.

"The materials for Chicken-Mushroom Skewer". She said pointing at the barrels next to the log.

I looked at what was inside and grabbed all the materials and started cooking.

There was a window that popped up that said "cook".

I pressed it and a menu appeared on what things I knew how to cook and I found that I knew how to cook the skewer.

And I had all the materials that I needed to cook it.

When I pressed the Chicken-Mushroom Skewer another window appeared and there was a rectangle and there were red two opposite sides. There were yellow in front of both red and in the middle of the rectangle was green but it was tiny.

Then an arrow appeared and it moved fast across the rectangle.

when it reached the other end it said "complete".

There in my hands was a burnt Chicken-Mushroom skewer.

"Umm, this is what I cooked". I said showing it to Luna".

"Dear Lord, it looks like a hairball"! Screamed Luna

"Just throw it away Axel", Paimon said.

So I threw it away.

"Oh, you have to stop at the green"! I exclaimed.

So I tried and tried, the best I could get is stopping at the yellow part.

"The yellow is normal and the green is excellent". Said Paimon.

I ran out of mushrooms and fowls quicker than I thought.

"Thanks for the food," Said Luna as we walked away.

"See you next time"! Paimon shouted back.

"Bye," I said politely.

I went to the next quest.

But before i could think "quests", some people appeared.

"Hey, who are you, we never saw you before."The person that i thought was the captain of the group. He was big and muscular and was the strongest looking person out of the other strangers.

"Let me do the talking stupid," Came a voice from below.

I looked strait forward and found some one way shorter than the muscular dude. He had black dark hair and blue eyes, he looked you and about the same age as my game self, (who was 16.) And he was about the same hight as me.

"I'm Aaron, the leader of this group." Aaron said.

I noticed I was opening my mouth and quickly closed it.

"Let me guess," Aaron said proudly,"you were opening you're mouth wide because how powerful i am, right?"

"How are you, the leader?" I asked. "You look so weak."
