" S-Sure, I'll be right back." Ekko gave his regards to Cana as he left the room. Not knowing that just five minutes later when he comes back the two will be acting like long-lost sisters.

Ekko suddenly felt he should have never introduced these to alcoholics.

A few days have passed since Cana's arrival and nothing of significance has really happened besides Ekko now having one extra mouth to feed.

Currently, Ekko was training in the garden, sitting cross-legged as all he did was breathe in...then out, though it may have seemed like simple meditation it was more than that.

With every inhale Ekko felt that every single pour, cell, and hair follicle in his body was energized and filled to the brim with power. He was strong before but after receiving this special breathing style from the system three days ago, he's felt even stronger.

He could even feel his very connection to time deepen with every breath. What he was doing right now was training in a breathing form called Time breathing.

It was the reward he received for beating Cana in their drinking match. The reason he was so interested in it was because he had come across it in the shop more than once in the recommended section.

Sadly at the time, he didn't have enough IP to buy It, but by sheer luck, it actually appeared as a system reward.

The Breath of Time is a Breath Style that mimics the flow of time and replicates it with the user's movements, techniques, and abilities. Most, if not all, known techniques and forms revolve around attacking with an oversized scythe akin to father time himself.

Though with his martial arts mastery Ekko managed to tweak the technique to suit a sword instead. This breathing style has 12 forms altogether, all of which involve using his time powers.

Breathing in and out one final time Ekko decided to end this morning's session there. Today he still had things to do.

For one, finally, check out the inn's Basement and attic to see if there was anything his dad had left behind and two was.....

"Ekko I'm ready now, how long are you gonna do that weird meditation thingy." Turning around Ekko blinked, then gawked as Rangikus stepped through the sliding doors. She was all dressed up today, and Ekko had to admit, he was tongue-tied.

She had done her hair up today making it have more volume and curls, and the dress she wore, was a sexy Noir maxi dress that showed off her enviable boxum Figure, her Thin tapper waist her and milky white skin.

Her looks could make any man want to unleash all their carnal desires onto her. And right now Ekko was definitely one of those men, though he had the willpower to always control himself.

"Ekko???...~see something you like." Rangiku noticing Ekko's absentmindedness decided to tease him a bit by showing off her figure.

" Yes I do actually, and just give me five minutes, I still need to get my Jacket, wait for me at the inn's Entrance."

" Then dont keep me waiting too long." Rangiku said before turning around and swaying her hips more than necessary. If this is what she wore just going to work, he couldn't wait to see what she looked like on their date.

Today also marks the date that the fashion show is officially only one week away, and so Rangiku was called in by Ruben for a few more rehearsals and fittings, to make sure everything was perfect.

Ekko had offered to drive her and there and she of course accepted, he also saw this as an opportunity to finally go see his friend.

Once Ekko got the Jacket he checked his pockets to see if he had forgotten anything. As there wasn't he left his room, and headed for the garage.

But just as he left his room Ekko was greeted by Cerbie who was wide awake and full of energy. He jumped all over Ekko and barked to get his attention.

"Bowgh-wawgh!!"{Morning dad, did you sleep well, did you, did you, did you.}

" Hey buddy, looks like your in a good mood, I can't play right now but I promise when I get back ill take you on a walk. Just be a good boy and behave for Cana And Eris." Ekko said as he rubbed Cerbies little head.

"Wawgh!!" ૮ ᴖﻌᴖა{I'll be the best boy, I can't wait until you come home dad, oh and could you bring those doggy bites when you do, they're delicious.}

" That's Ma boi, Hold down the fort while I'm gone." Ekko said before leaving. Cerbie responded as if he understood.

"Bowgh-wawgh!!"૮ ᴖﻌᴖა{ I will...SQUIRREL!!.... Protect this place until your return.}

When Ekko made it to the garage, the car he chose to drive was the Pagani huayra, a very beautiful car.

Once Ekko drove into the front entrance of the Inn, he was greeted by a shocked Rangiku who had thought he only owned a motorcycle, not a bloody sports car that probably cost millions of yen, possibly even dollars.

Suddenly the doors on both sides opened up automatically. Stepping outside Ekko smilled seeing Rangiku's shocked face and held out his hand.

" Your chariot awaits miss Matsumoto." Ekko said in a gentlemanly manner. His voice seemed to have woken her up from her shock as she stared at Ekko.

" My aren't you a gentleman!" She had a few questions she wanted to ask him but decided they didn't matter, so she just got in the car with Ekko's assistance.

"Hey, Ran!!..." Before driving off Ekko suddenly called out to Rangiku.

"Huh?"

"You're almost there...your dream I mean," Ekko responded to her confusion. Rangiku suddenly remembered the talk she had with Ekko on the train.

A smile, like none Ekko had ever seen materialized on Rangiku, it was a pleasant, bright, and extremely loveable smile. Her eyes were gentle, he had noticed they always were. They looked at him with softness he had never experienced before.

" Yeah, I'm almost there..." She said In a kind and gentle tone.

Ekko's heart for the first time in this new world... had just skipped a beat. The two just stared at each other, before Ekko coughed out of awkwardness.

And noticing Ekko's sudden bashfulness Rangiku chuckled inwardly.'So he can make that kind of expression too, cute.'

" Umm!! Do you wanna Grab a bite to eat before heading to work." Ekko suddenly asked as he remembered that Rangiku hadn't eaten breakfast this morning.

" It'd alright just get something for your self I'm, not hungry."( Translation: I am hungry but I don't want to eat and look bloated, in front of the other models.)

" Sure thing." Ekko nodded though inwardly he had decided to buy her some Fries on the way. If his little sisters had taught him anything about women, it was no meant yes most of the time.

Especially when it comes to food.

The Pair then drove off to wherever Rangiku needed to be.

The sound of someone whistling suddenly rang out as Ekko drove Off.

" I wonder if I ask politely if the kid would let me borrow that beauty, just for a day." Cana said out loud, as she drank a fresh bottle of wine. Since it was the weekend she was off the clock and could drink however she liked.

" Ughhhh, Well let's get this over with, I need to fortify this place if I'm gonna call it home from now on."

Cana suddenly disappeared and reappeared in the forest where she started to draw random runes on tree trunks. she was working on a Magic barrier to protect the inn from possible future attacks.

But cana never noticed that a certain golden-eyed cat was watching her every move.

Though Eris who was in the Garden planting some seeds from her home planet had noticed or rather had smelled Yoruichi's scent nearby.
