Beating the King...

(AN: Hope you forgive me if you don't like this chapter😅 cause I know some will be angry)

Clang! Clang!

True to his status as a level 7 adventurer, Kazuya's attacks were blocked by Ottar with some difficulties. But of course, Kazuya was not using his ki when he attacks.

'Hmm...Let's see how strong you really are. But I'll teach you a lesson and that Thot goddess of yours to not mess with me' Kazuya thought before jumping back to make some distance.

"Heh! It seems you are quite strong" Kazuya said while readying his sword, he was only using one sword as two is a bit overkill.

Swoosh! Slash! Swish!

Clang! Clang!

He dashed once again and attacked by slashing his sword towards Ottar. Kazuya was impressed at Ottar's defense. His attacks and even feint attacks were blocked by Ottar.

But while he was attacking, Ottar countered this time. He parried an attack of Kazuya and attacked Kazuya by slashing his greatsword.

Swish!

It's like Ottar can't feel the weight of the big great sword e was wielding, he was slashing with it with ease. Seeing Ottar attack, Kazuya merely smiled though as he easily parried the attacks coming for him.

Clang! Clang!

'Alright, I guess I should finish it now. Time to use ki...hehehe' He thought before a wide grin appeared on his face, Ottar was a but surprised at the changed in Kazuya.

Suddenly, winds started blowing and Ottar felt pressure weighing on him. His instincts were telling him there's something dangerous coming, he subconsciously jumped away from Kazuya.

When Ottar looked at Kazuya, he saw the latter was grinning towards him. He suddenly felt something bad was gonna happen. And his guess was true since, Kazuya suddenly disappeared from his former location.

Bam!

"Guh! Cough* Cough* " Ottar didn't notice how but he was suddenly punched full force by Kazuya, with ki at that. Ottar was thrown in the air as he coughed out due to the pain in his abdomen where he got hit.

"Aahh! That's was fun, I missed my ki." Kazuya said while smiling, "Now then, let me teach you a lesson and I can also send your goddess a message"

"Hm?" But then Kazuya, noticed something changed about Ottar. The aura he felt around Ottar was like a wild beast ready to pounce at him.

"Beastification? Interesting..." Kazuya muttered, of course he know Ottar can use this ability.

Beastification enables Ottar to unleash his wild instinct and power, or in other words, grow stronger by becoming violent.

There's a skill of Ottar, Vana Arganture allows himto beastify, raising all of his abilities by an extremely large amount, and has an active trigger. Every use drains his stamina and mind by a large amount.

Kazuya dont know if his skill is already active but he was readying himself as Ottar in this state is strong, it's like a berserk state where he abandons reason and become aggressive.

"Graah!!" Ottar rushed at Kazuya in swift speed. Kazuya decided to test Ottar's strength in this state, he use ki to reinforce his body and took Ottar head on.

Bam! Clang!

Other slashed his greatsword full force, Kazuya blocked it using his own sword. Kazuya felt the heavy force Ottar used and was impressed.

'Impressive, if I didn't have super strong physical strength due to me having trained in that harsh gravity environment, I would've gotten my internal organs damaged. But, time to beat him for real, I'm getting bored' Kazuya thought before kicking Ottar in the abdomen.

And Kazuya didn't stop at that, he quickly got beside Ottar after he landed and he broke Ottar's right arm by hitting Ottar's elbow joints with his knee upwards.

Crack! Aargh!

The sound of bones cracking was heard in the large hallway, and Ottar screamed in pain. But Kazuya ignored it, he wants to teach Freya a lesson through Ottar.

The large great sword Ottar carried was now dropped on the floor as Ottar's grip loosen with his right arm dislocated. Kazuya picked it up and put it inside his inventory.

Then he started beating the hell out of Ottar. Kazuya didnt give Ottar time to use any of his magic or skills and beat him up with punches, kicks, etc.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Each hit of Kazuya was reinforced with his ki. The sounds of him hitting Ottar sounded loudly. After Kazuya was satisfied, and saw Ottar was already unconscious he stopped.

Then as a final strike, he used his sword and cut off Ottar's left hand starting from his elbow and heated up his sword with his fire then close the wound with the heated sword.

"And done! Now let's send this big guy to that Thot!" Kazuya said nonchalantly ignoring the fact he was holding a severed hand. He then burned the severed arm using divine fire.

"Hmm...I'll just drag him on the way up. Maybe I can hire some adventurers to carry him." Kazuya muttered before grabbing the hem of Ottar's clothes and dragging the guy.

Kazuya didn't want to kill this guy as he was just stupidly following the order of the Thot goddess, but it doesn't change the fact Ottar attack him.

So he severed his left hand as punishment as well as a message to Freya not to mess with him. He severed his left hand as it will lower his battle strength not hinder him from fighting or crippling him entirely.

With Ottar's left hand severed, the guy should be or more appropriate to say will have his battle strength lowered like said previously.

As for why, well Ottar needs two hands to wield his awfully large weapons, as the weight is heavy. But he can also use a single hand but it will be less effective.

Anyway, Kazuya continued to drag Ottar up easily while killing monsters too. While going up, the adventurers who he walked pass by were shocked seeing him dragging Ottar.

Kazuya just ignored most of them but he tried asking if they can carry Ottar and some agreed. With that the journey up was smooth, after he arrived up top he paid the ones who carried Ottar.

Quite funny as he needed to pay to have people help him carry a man he just beat up and cut off one arm. But he just chuckled and left Ottar outside of Babel and he left a note for Freya to read.

After that ordeal, he happily went back home with a smile on his face.
