Chapter 78: Rude Awakening

The Servants thought that Raven was inside his room, not wanting to be disturbed. For the most part, they felt relieved that they wouldn't have to deal with him.

There were also a few of them that were cursing their luck that they were stuck serving to the Duke of Ruined Legacy. The event was an opportunity for the Servants to get close to the highest tier of nobles.

Many had hoped that they could be assigned to serve the high tier Dukes like the Duke of Frozen Night or the Duke of Soundless Sword. However, in the end, they were assigned this place.

"What a waste of opportunity to be assigned here." A maid walked back after handing over the food to Raven's guards, letting out a sigh.

As she was walking past a window, she felt as if she saw a young boy's shadow outside the mansion. She abruptly stopped and looked out the window. No one should've been near this mansion as this place was heavily protected after all.
