Rito's assassin

I woke up the next morning with a heavy yawn. "Damn...I hope that was a dream." I sighed as I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and looked over at the clock. "Shit...I'm gonna be late." I said sleepily. "Wait...Shit!" I gasped as I ran over to brush my teeth...I washed my face...and everything...then I slightly combed my hair...and ran downstairs. "Oi! Yusuke! Don't forget breakfast! I made it and everything!" she yelled. "No time, mikan! Make some for rito and lala! I gotta go!" I yelled as I busted out of the door...and I ran to school. 

Making good time...good good...I don't need to be late and shit. "Move, Haruna!" I said as I passed her. "Wait!" she yelled as I turned around. "Huh?" I asked. "It's about Rito...I was wondering...does he like me?" she asked and blushed. "What? Oh yeah...yeah...he has the biggest crush on you...you know...I think that it would make his day if he got the chance to date you...but every time he tries...something gets in the way." I smirked. "Wait...so...he likes me?" she responded...her face growing darker. I nodded, and she nodded "Thank you." she said as she ran past me. I looked at my watch. "5 minutes until I'm late," I said as i started running to school again...

When I finally got to class...I sat in my seat. Professor Honekawa was kinda sad looking today...but that's a usual thing. "I wonder why Rito's so late." I said as I heard a distant explosion...and then I looked out the window. "Ah, shit...well...duty calls." I said as I ran out of class. "Mr.Yuuki! Where do you think you're going." yelled Honekawa. "The bathroom!" I yelled as I ran out of class and down the stairs...once I reached the exit...I saw Yami. 

"Oi! Goldielocks! What the hell are you doing...oh shit." I said as I saw what was happening...she was trying to kill Rito. "Hey! Yami! Dammit!" I yelled as I broke up the fight. "What the hell are you thinking? Trying to kill my brother!" I yelled at her. "I have ordered from the deviluke empire...to find lala and kill anyone who she's attempting to marry against her father's orders...and your brother...is no exception. "Well...you mess with my family...you mess with me!" I said as I reached into my bag and pulled out a katana. "Hmph...baka..." she said as she got into a ready stance. 

We both leaped into action...our battles a collection of sparks and clanging swords...and hair I guess. "Yami...you're too slow. You actually gotta try and kill me..." I said as I dodged her attacks. "Dammit yusuke! Stay outta this!" she said as tears slightly formed in her eyes. "Wait...are you..crying?" I asked as I backflipped. "I don't want to kill you... Yusuke...please...move out of the way." she pleaded as she sniffled and pushed me out of the way. "Yami...stop." I said softly as I held her close to me in a tight embrace.

She sobbed heavily. "Yami...are you...alright?" I asked. Yami then looked up at me, her eyes red and puffy...she sniffled. "I...I care about you too much...you ass..." she said as she hugged me tightly. "Yami...I know you care about me...but...you've tried to kill me before...like even though you cared about me...so why so many tears? Hmm?" I asked as I wiped her tears off. "Because...I love you... Yusuke." she confessed, blushing. "Yami...you...you're joking...right?" I asked her...and she shook her head no. "I love you... Yusuke...I know you'll kill for your family...and I'm...I'm prepared to die...so just-" she was interrupted by me kissing her on the lips.

I mean...even now...that kiss was actually the best one I've ever had...a kiss filled with emotion...longing...and a long friendship that could blossom into so much more. 

"Wow...that was...amazing." I said as I smirked and gazed into her eyes. Yami blushed slightly."I don't care if you don't feel the same way...but...do you like me too?" she asked as she crossed her arms. "Yami...If I kissed you...what do you think...hmm?" I asked, and she hugged me tightly. "Thank you...yusuke-kun." she smiled. "Yeah yeah...think nothing of it...goldie." I said as I kissed her on the forehead.

Later...while I was upstairs in my room on my bed...I was thinking...I do think that Yami might be my girlfriend. "I mean...I dunno...should I ask her out and shit? Or should I just...like...I dunno." I said as I ran my fingers through my jet-black hair. "Hey uh... Yusuke?" asked a voice from outside my room. "Who is it?" I asked. "Lala..." she said as she entered my room and sat down next to me. "Rito...I know he likes me...but...I think he..." she started. "Lala...he loves Haruna...like...since he was a little kid." I said as I looked into her sad green eyes. "You okay? I mean...I knew I should have told you sooner." I said as I sighed.

Tears flooded her eyes. "No...it's okay." she sniffled. "Yeah...father always said that I rushed into relationships too fast...I guess I learned my lesson." she said as she got up off my bed. "Wait...lala...stop." I said as she reached for the door. "What?" she said...tears flowing freely from her face. "Lala...I could..." I sighed. "I could be your king instead...I guess...I mean-" I said as she hugged me suddenly. "Arigato...yusuke kun." she said
