{Felt like writing and I have no life}

'Today I'm here stalking and following Joey through the woods to find where Bandit Keith and Bonz are. It's been around a day since my meeting with Mai and I've done some things, punched some people and been a hero.'

7 hours earlier

"Ugh!"

'Witnessing Mai defeat firsthand is pretty depressing as she got humilated and trashed, I mean her Harpie Lady Sisters were beaten down by King of Yamimakai while her Harpie's Pet Dragon was destroyed by a changed Soul Hunter that has 2400 ATK 2200 DEF. In other words she got destroyed and she could do nothing about it.

she then as in cannon had all of her starchips taken but something was different as Yugi didn't show up. Though it makes sense because she gets beaten by Panik right after Yugi's duel against Bakura and right now Yugi's and Bakura's duel shouldn't be happening until another hour or so.

Mai must've been targeted because either Pegasus doesn't like the fact that she's giving starchips to me or because she elimitated more players than she did in cannon. Either way if something doesn't happen she'll be thrown of the island. Oh well here comes plan C punch your problems until they go away.'

I come out of my hiding spot and I start sprinting towards Panik as he's in the middle of his monologue and I use my spirit augmented strength to smack the daylights out of him.

"Ugh! You damn brat how dare you do that to the invincable Panik I'll kill you for that disresp-" "I don't care, you coud die and I still wouldn't give a crap."

As Panik is trying to get back up I punch him another 6 times before I'm sure he's not getting back up

"Hello Mai you got beat pretty badly, you good or do you need some ice or something. You know what I've got some bandages and stuff in my tree we can go and get it."

"Ah.. ok." 'I just figured out that while saving Mai is a good thing since she'll feel indebted to me this is also one of her most important character arcs as this changes her from the cold lonely woman she is now to a more friendly and reliable character that helps the main gang from time to time.'

After reaching my "camp" which is really just a tree with a bunch of stuff hanging from it I use a bandaid or 2 on Mai's scratches she got after trying to stop Panik from taking her starchips.

"Why are you being so nice to me, I mean it would be easier to take Paniks starchips and leave me with nothing that way you don't lose cards and you still become a finalist."

"I did it because your clearly a good person and you've helped me in the past but if you want the real reason it's because I think that no one shpuld ever be hindered. I want everyone to spread their wings and survive even from dreadful situations and while I'm no hero I want to push people to become their best selves and I know that wasn't the best you could do.

I want to see everyone's true potential even if their bad people because... To tell you my little back story I used to be a nochlant person who didn't care about anything in life. I had no drive to do anything a no passon to get up and do anything, then I met person who flipped my life around they told me to work on myself and I didn't listen. That was until they got cancer and I was forced to sit there and watch as they slowly got worse and worse and even after undergoing surgery they died.

After their death I changed and I took their last advice to me at heart and I started caring about the others around me and I stared pushing myself to be better for myself. I think you need that Mai you have no one to push yourself for and no one to care for you if you fail, because I was like you once I understand you. I know it's weird to hear this from a guy whose younger than you but you need someone to care for and someone to care for you to make yourself better.

Ok wow that was a huge monologue, well umm thats what I think and thats my reason for helping you out."

"Yeah that was a lot and the reason you came to me to get you starchips was?" "To push you and see if you could break through your limit as a duelist and as a person."

"Ok yeah umm give me some time to understand everything you just said to me and I'll get back to you."

"Yeah ok thats fine I'll be here I guess." "Alright see you later?" "Yeah bye." "Bye"

5 Minutes Later

"AHHHHHHH that was the most awkard conversation I've ever had!"

"So um do you wanna talk about it or like do you need to be comforted?"

Looking to my side I see Rise scratching her cheek and looking at me. "NO it's fine I'm going to take a walk now bye!"

I nearly spirit away almost forgeting that Rise is a spirit and can follow me around no matter what I do.
