Chapter 6

Title: Crazy Nanny

Tracy snow

"What happened?" I asked aunt

"We aren't going to the restaurant today" Aunt said

"Why?" I asked not being able to hide my surprise

"The shop got locked down because of our debt" She said bitterly.

I sighed and sat down beside her.

"What do you plan to do?" I asked

"Right now I'm confused and if we hesitate for too long, he is going to file a lawsuit against me and I'm afraid I'll end up in jail" She said

I couldn't utter a statement, all I could do was stare at my sad aunt. I moved closer to her and pulled her into a hug.

"It's okay Aunt" That was all I could say.

Harvey crew

I sat on the sofa with my full concentration on my phone. Lenny was also with me, though he was watching a movie.

The door flung open, revealing mum. She walked inside and sank into the sofa adjacent to mine.

"Hey mum" I said more like a greeting

"Sweetie, how ya doing?" She asked in reply

"Momma" Lenny said blowing a kiss which mum caught. They then bursted into laughter.

I scoffed under my breathe. They can be so dramatic.

"Have you guys had lunch?" She asked

"Yeah" Len replied

"That's better" She said.

Mum stood up, picked her bag and started walking towards her room then she stopped and turned back.

"Mr Paxton told me you got into a fight with your female teacher" She said

I nodded negatively.

"I didn't get into a fight with her, I only had reasons to tell her the fact" I said

Mum sighed

"He told her she was wearing too much makeup and that caused her ugliness" Len said with a soft chuckle.

Mum widened her eyes and turned to look at me.

"You know I don't lie" I said with a shrug

"I know it was the fact but you should have kept it to yourself" Len said still laughing.

"You think I didn't try to, actually I did but...it was hard that I had to spit it out" I added

"Harvey!" Mum yelled
