Time Tangled

Rosalind, Edison, and Nora Shea always thought their parents were a match made in heaven. After their mother was killed, their famous scientist father couldn't handle living without her and built a time machine to go back and save her life. That was where everything went wrong. The kids find themselves stuck in the past with a broken time machine and no way to fix it. Their only hope is their much-younger father...who immediately gets off on the wrong foot with their mother. With saving their mother and returning home hanging in the balance, they begin to worry that they won't even be born. How did a spunky aspiring novelist and a misanthropic genius from a rich family ever end up together in the first place? Can the kids get two such different people to fall in love all over again or have they destroyed their timeline for good? Read on to find out! *cover by polkadottedscrunchie*

She Hoped She Hadn't Made A Terrible Mistake

Why hadn't Rosalind thought of that?! Phones were capable of holding unlimited data by then so there was a decent chance the components of the plastic replacement were on there somewhere!

"That's brilliant! I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner," she mumbled in shame.

Julian patted her shoulder. "Don't worry about it. It seems like you've had other things on your mind."

She pulled the phone out of her pocket and entered the passcode before handing it to him. "It should recognize your fingerprint and voiceprint. Using voice commands might be the most effective way to find it. There's a lot of stuff to dig through on there."

"Right…what does this thing run on, anyway? You've been in this time for at least a few days now so I'm surprised the battery hasn't died. Unless you happened to have a charger on you."

Rosalind shook her head. "Solar power battery. It never needs to be charged."
