"It's just that...Castro,what do you think are they thinking...knowing that their mother....is a concubine?"

She looked outside the window avoiding Castro's Worried and regretful eyes

The tears that formed in her eyes slowly dripped down to her cheeks

"Your highnesses! where are you going?"

"To mother!"

"Oh! then do you want me to accompany you?"

"Thank you,but no,We will head off then Elze"

Mother is a concubine...she isn't a wife nor does the Emperor loves her

Then,how does she feel right now?How can she smile sweetly like nothing is wrong?

The way she smiles and gaze at him whenever he visits... isn't she hurt? No,she is definitely in pain...

Now I understand why mother doesn't visit father with us because she knew the woman whom the Emperor loves,his wife is there

And I was such a sh*t complaining for her to come with us...I want to punch myself

"Oi! What are you doing to yourself?"

"Hah? Punching myself will hurt more than slapping my cheeks,so I choose to slap myself"

We stopped in our tracks when we saw Castro knocking at mother's office door and when we saw her entered the room we as well approached the room,not entering it

We stayed outside leaning our ears on the door trying to eavesdrop

"It's just that..Castro...what do you think are they thinking... knowing that their mother...is a concubine?"

Silence...

"My children are able to comprehend their mother's circumstances even though at such a young age..they are great aren't they?"

"C-castro...H-how do they see me now?A-are they ashamed?disappointed? or D-disgusted.. I-I am worried,so worried.."

I felt something from inside me....Is it a feeling of annoyance,Anger? pity? or love?

I do...I did think and questioned why my mother is a concubine...a mistress!! but being disappointed or Ashamed and on top of that Disgusted?? it is something I never felt learning my mother is a concubine

I know,for the Past Years I had been together with mother I know she isn't a woman like that...even if it is only just been two years

The door suddenly opened and Zieke entered the room with a grim face

It seems he had the same thought as me. I followed him and entered the room closing the door lightly

"Mother!" Zieke said that caught the attention of the women who didn't even noticed us entering the room

"Z-Zieke,Eliz!" Mother said with eyes wide open..I noticed her cheeks are wet...she cried

"Were you there for a long time?"

"No,We entered just now"Zieke answered with a stern face...he looks exactly like the Emperor wearing this expression... except for that he is a child with a chubby cheeks

"But we heard everything"

Zieke and I run towards mother and hugged her.. tightly

"oh..oh my" she said lost for words

"We love you"

"Greetings to the moon of the Empire"

"Is the Emperor in his chamber?"

"Yes,Your Majesty,The Emperor is currently taking a rest,will you visit him, Your Magesty?"

"Yes....I will then take my leave first Mr.Aclaine"

"Yes, Your Majesty"

They separated their paths and she walked to the Emperor's chamber with her Lady-in-waiting

"Greetings to the moon of the Empire"

"Do not announce my arrival,The Emperor might be resting" She said with a smile making the guard freeze

"Yes?Oh yes Empress"

The room opened and closed silently as she entered

Wandering her eyes to the room she then saw a golden haired man siting on the couch

"Elias,You aren't resting"

The man looked behind him and smiled sweetly as he saw the Empress serious face

"Well,I am resting...look I'm sitting leisurley here"

The Empress then approached the Emperor with smile in her lips

"And you should be the one to rest,you are the one who took care of the Empire when I was gone"

"Yes,Taking control of the Empire and have the full authority to rule and even the works I need to do is tiring,And it has been for two years"

"The war really needed me,If I didn't went our swordsmans and wizards might have been wiped out"

"The Havarian Empire sure planned the war well...using underhanded methods I mean"

"Yes,those little piece of sh-"

"What?" The Empress said with a smiling face

"Hmm?No nothing"

She let out a faint chuckle and sat down besides him and heavy silence engulfed them

" Ehem..I didn't mention this when I visited you earlier at noon....I crossed path with the Prince and the Princess"

She remembered crossing path with the twins and how they easily grasped the situation..she smiled thinking about it

"I know.."

The Emperor's eyes tensed up and E press saw the sudden change of his expression

"Elias....look at me" The Empress said caressing the back of the hands of the Emperor

She sighed when he still didn't looked at her

"Dear,Look at me...please"

Hearing that the Emperor the Emperor relaxed for a little bit..the Empress then moved closer to him holding his chin to make him look at her

"Now you are looking at me"

"What is the Problem Elias? Tell me" she said caressing his face

The Emperor hold the hand that is caressing his face and closed his eyes

"I love you"

"Haha Me too"

"And I am Sorry"

The Empress smiling face was replaced with seriousness....The silence then once again covered the room as the wind coming from the open window blew off their hair gently

She smiled at the beautiful apperance her husband have as the wind blewing off his messy golden hair

"I should be the one to be sorry"
