After the fire

I got on my phone, I wanted to check what they would say about the fire...I guess I was right, Mita-san was listening to us : «Today on the 17 november, around 5am a fire started at the school of Kuroi tsuki, we retrieved the body of seventeen students and fourteen wounded, badly.

We got an interview with a student after the incident «Hello, my name is Mita and I need to tell you this fire was...The one who did it is Kono Ryu.».

What is bad in it, is that when a student get kill no one talks about it but when a fire start, everybody is shocked.

- «Hey. Hey !» , Akira-san shouted at me...? Yes, it was at me.

- «What do you want ?» , I asked.

He told me Mita-san regrouped her followers ,saying bad stuff about me.

- «Well ? She can do what she wants !» , I said.

- «Ryu ! Maybe she'll kill Ayana !» , said Akira-san.

Ayana...No not her, never.

- «Where ?!» , I asked.

- «There's an old house in the forest...It's not very far, I'll take you to it.» , said Ryu-san, shaking.

- «NOW !» , I grabbed his hand and asked him to show me quickly.

We ran to the forest, it was just behind the school...An old path made of stones was taking form like a snake all around the place, it was dark...I felt my pulses increase as my foots took another step near the trees.

We heard a scream...A shiver...Blood frozen...Another dead ? Not on my watch ! My legs ran as if the fire of hell where huntng me down.

- «Silence !» , I heard someone yelling.

- «Don't let her get away !» , said another.

I heard steps in front of me...Then hands covered in blood who seized my white shirt.

- «P....Please...Help me...» , a young girl fainted in my arms after asking for help.

- «Akira !!!» , I screamed at him to come. He looked scared when he saw the girl covered in blood.

- «Is she...?»

- «No ! Not yet ! Now, help me !!» , I said.

- «She's ours !» , a boy came out of the tree, he had a knife in his left hand.

- «Not anymore !» , I replied, «Just let us go...».

Nothing more was said, he jumped to us with the knife. He clearly wanted to kill me and I needed to defend myself.

With a body in my arms it was hard to avoid him, Akira-san kept screaming at me : «You idiot run !! We are gonna diiiie».

- «Akira ! Stop crying and help me !» , I said.

I saw Akira-san grabbing the guy by behind, I was shocked....he really was amazing.

- «I'm gonna let you alive to tell Mita-san I'm waiting.» , I said to the guy before leaving.

I remember we ran for quite a moment...The fire was extinct...Not before long, the girl I had in my arm opened her eyes, she screamed I think...Because I remember her falling to the floor, I had dropped her.

- «Ryu-san !» , yelled Akira-san.

- «I'm sorry...It surprised me. Are you ok ?» , I leaned closer to her, she looked at her hands.

- «I...I...» , she tried but couldn't speak.

- «Rest for now, you are out of danger.» , said Akira-san.

- «Also, thank you Akira-san, you saved me.» , I said to him.

- «...Oh...That, I don't know how I did it. I was so scared.» , he said, falling to the ground.

There was nothing to laugh about, but something in me found his reaction very funny. He had no courage before but back there, when he saved me...It wans't him.

- «We should find a safe place now.» , I said.

Akira-san was too shocked to move, the poor guy looked at me : «Oh come on...Please let me another five minutes, I'm not well as you can see !».

- «There you are !» , I thought for a second that Mita-san ahad found us...But it was Ayana-chan.

- «Ayana-chan !» , shouted Akira-san.

- «Shut up !» , I yelled, grabbing him and forcing him to stand up.

- «Who is she ?» , asked Ayana-chan.

- «We found her in the woods. Some guys working for Mita-san wanted to kill her.» , said Akira-san.

- "Poor thing !" , said Ayana-chan.

- "No one followed you ?" , was my first question.

- "...No ! I'm sure of it." , said Ayana-chan.

- "H....Elp" , the poor girl was awake again and staring at me.

- "You are okay !" , I said.
