"There's no but here Zee, you know that."

"ok Mom."

"But we are going there the next week right ,"

"next week, who said so you took leave yet you don't know when we are going ".

"let me check, oops.. I took leave for the next week from Monday!".

"What.., show me," said her mom pulling her phone from her hands.

she checked the dates and indeed it was of the next monday, "Zen how did this happen?"

"mom, I think I was not in my right mind when I was writing the dates for the leave so..." she said with a smile and stood up to run upstairs to her room so that she won't get scolded for doing such a silly mistake.

"Zen, come back here right now, I am not done with you yet, how could you do this?" shouted madam Xing.

while elder Xing was laughing out loud seeing this scene.

" why are you laughing now?".

"Oh , nothing much this time she changed her trick and played dumb".

"obviously, I know that she has done this purposely, who would believe that she was not in her right mind , she answers her medical exam questions correctly even in her sleep".

"Don't worry, I'll ask for a change of the dates from her college dean".

"Ok then that will do".

Zenith almost ran to her room and fell flat on her bed with so much of confidence on her bed that it will for sure catch her from that fall.

she was still smiling for the work she did when she was typing the leave letter she purposely typed the dates a week later so that she would skip this event as she knew that it would be just some family gathering that she would always try to avoid, as for the leave after that week would do as even if her father calls her to country X after a week that would be for only two to three days as he don't like to stay out of his own house more than that so eveything is gonna be ok.

she tried her best sleeping in some more as its very few times she gets some extra time for herself but her so called habit just didn't let her sleep anymore.

she stood up went and took a nice hot shower and walked out of her washroom with a blue bathrobe and her hair rolled in a towel, she saw her room door pushed open.

"Little Sis, I heard you are home?" Tan said so as he entered the room.

Zen picked a pillow and threw that on his face," Don't you know to knock before entering in a girl's room my so called elder brother by a minute".

"Girl, who? where is a girl in this room I don't see one?" Tan said looking behind the door as if searching for something.

"Tan you'll get killed by my hands someday" Zen said with anger on her face.

Tan sat on the sofa beside the bed and started laughing " since you finally came back home after a long time let's go out and have fun, what say?" he said with a mischievous smile on face.

Zen turned around as she was ignoring him, she smiled and said "Then you'll handle after effect from mom's side!".

"And you'll handle dad". Tan said this with a cunning smile.

"Sure, give me ten minutes". saying this she ran into the dressing room to change into a fresh wear.

After ten minutes both of them were out of the room ready to escape out of the house. The both looked around and found no one in the living room or on the sofa and skipped around to reach the door.

After few minutes they were out safely without being seen by anyone. it's at least what they thought .

"So where do you want to go little sis?"

"Just shut up, stupid we are going into the mountains and that too at the cafe."

"Not again, I get bored there you'll enjoy your own company, what will I do then?"

"Go and do some racing I don't have time anyway let's go"

Tan knew she would not listen to anyone in this matter anyway and so he was used to this. both of then sat in the car and rode off.

"So how is your medical college life going?"

"Why don't you try and then ask the same question again ". she said getting kind of tired by the question.

"looks like its not that easy!" "Who asked you to choose to be a doctor you could have been anything but NO you have to take the toughest job out there and do it, so now suffer."

"Tan, do you want to be kicked out of the car?"

"NO"

"Then shut up!"

"As you wish"!

Both of then reached the cafe that was had a large board on its main gate written "Destiny" . This was a cafe that Zenith owned which was unknown by all the family members except Tan as he just thought that she came here just to chill in midst of the mountains but what he did not know was that she owned this cafe and always came here just to check the records that she usually had time just like this.

she sat down in one of the corners of the roof top table with the full view of he mountains at the back of the cafe and as soon as she sat all the files and other records were also brought along with the coffee that she liked and some snacks.

Tan didn't see all these cause he always thought that she would come here to just enjoy the snacks or study as medical students are just known for being busy with their studies he did not enter the cafe and went on with the mountain car racing thing and said he would be back by evening to pick her up.

After a whole long day, which was spent completely on planning the cafe structure and other details for the benefit of the cafe. she had long left the cafe under the manager's care and have not looked at the records for a long time and had many pending work to do.

After getting it all done she looked at the time and saw Tan park the car in front of the cafe, she turned off the laptop and passed it to the manager with a smile and after giving some advice she walked out of the cafe.

while they were on the way back she checked her phone that had almost tens of missed calls from almost all of the family members. she didn't know what to do about it so she turned towards Tan.

"Tan, now you have to save us."

"sure, why not you handle dad."

Before they could even step a foot into the house there was a non stop nagging heard from inside and that was obviously of madam xing who have been walking around and nagging about how she'll punish Zen.

Zen heard this and thought I am dead for sure today. she directly went and sat beside elder Xing on the dinning table and looked at him as if please save me dad.

"you... where have you been all this while? " asked madam xing.

"mom, I just went out with Tan to chill after all I don't get leave daily".

"Oh, so now this is the only reason that you have, what about your phone then, is that dead?"

"Oh !that is because its on silent mom , I forgot to change the setting as you know I can't have my phone ring when I am in the class so..."

"Dad, please save me."

"Hm..Hmm , why don't we talk over dinner as we all are hungry dear!" said elder Xing

" you just know how to save her, forget it I just can't win this father daughter duo." saying so madam xing walked towards the dinning table for the dinner

"lets all eat !"
