Wildthing gave off a low rumbling growl.
The meaning behind the guttural intonation was obvious. She wanted to be allowed to fight, and she wanted to be allowed to go all out.
"Calm down, Wildthing," Bastion said, "We're not going to risk killing anyone, and we're not having you maiming them either. We've got a plan and we should stick to it, right? We've got what we came for. Let's get out of here."
Crashcourse shook her head, "Won't work, it's what they want us to do."
She came over to the window I had been peering through, and I gave her a hole through the darkness so that she could peer through it and activate her powers.
"Yeah, look at them all lined up like that. If we make a move from any of the exits in this place we'll be swarmed before we even know what's going on. It's like a game of super-powered British Bulldog, no way all of us get free."
"And what about the other two?" I asked, "Your power tell you anything about them?"
