Chapter Forty-three: Training the guys

(Ava's POV) I woke up and got dressed. I bid my goodbyes to Isabella and Drake before I left.

Once I got to the packs border lines, Jake was waiting on me. He pulled me into a hug which I returned. We pulled apart and raced each other to the pack house.

Mom and dad were waiting outside. Jake said, "Give the guys a hard time for me" before he left. I told him I would. Mom said, "The guys are still asleep so you could wake them up." I smirked and shifted into my lycan-form. I entered the house and let out a ferocious growl that echoed. Zach, Ace, and Matthew came running in their wolf-forms ready to attack. I shifted back and started laughing. The guys shifted back too and were pissed. I said, "Come on, y'all have training to do. Follow us."

They followed mom and I into the basement. Mom said, "Mathew, you'll train with me. Zach and Ace, y'all will train with your sister."

We taught them how they would shift into their lycan-forms and told them that it would hurt like hell. We also taught them how they would need to defend their weak spots. The guys weren't too worried about shifting which was good.

I purposely made fun of Zach's new hairstyle to piss him off. He got really mad to the point, he forced himself to shift into his lycan-form. It took him about seven minutes to complete his shift. He laid on the ground exhausted and in pain. He looked my lycan-form in size, the difference was his was black. Ace and Matthew stood looking shocked. They asked if they could force their shifts early and mom told them it was possible. Zach finally got up and I shifted back to my lycan-form. I circled him and swiped his tail. He growled and attempted to attack me. I dodged his weak attack and kicked his forearm which sent him to the ground. He groaned in pain and I apologized for kicking him that hard. Mom and I ended the training session, after Zach was able to shift back.

It was around lunch time so I stayed to eat with my family. Dad made sandwiches and had multiple bags of chips out for us. I grabbed a sandwich and my favorite chips. We chatted while we ate catching up. I finished up and headed back to the house.

Isabella and Drake were watching a movie. They asked how it went and I told them that it went good. I told them that Zach forced his shift and the others wanted to do the same. I also told them that Spade wasn't able to make it therefore he was to train alone with me.
