Two prodigies

The expression on Ayush's face had now completed changed! It was true his sword's element was fire. But that didn't mean that it can be easily subdued by water element. Water can be defeated when the fire element power is stronger. And he was confident in his power! He had come to this battle thinking that he would win easily. He didn't expect to be the one on the defensive! He acknowledged Bai Hua as a formidable opponent.

Okay, I have to use it, Ayush decided.

The rubies in his hair glowed and his strength was restored completely. His sword was no longer steaming but in fact, it had become more scarlet. It was blazing like a raging inferno.

His body armor also glowed redder. Suddenly, his string of rubies broke. The rubies flew and attached themselves on the collar of his armor. With the string broken, his hair came loose and it blew wildly in the gale generated by the release of his spiritual aura.

The spectators were now gaping at Ayush without blinking! Some ladies after seeing this transformation were leaning for support. This was a divine man! Why did their kingdom of Soaring Dragon did not have such men!!

Now, it was time for Bai Hua to be shocked. This pressure! It was not some silly fight between teenagers anymore!

Instead of getting discouraged, Bai Hua was grinning in excitement! First Wana and then his father and now this prince. He was going to enjoy himself!

He grabbed his sword tightly and rushed at Ayush and both of them once again engulfed themselves in a fierce battle. A storm had formed, with both of them as the center, sparks of blue and scarlet swirled through the storm.

Now, nobody could see what was happening inside the storm. They had erected up barriers to protect themselves from the storm. But they could still feel the pressure from the fight.

They were holding their breaths and waiting for the outcome of the battle.

Inside the storm, two swords were clashing, both the wielders of the swords had accepted each other as rivals. They had regarded each other to be strong opponents. They were oblivious to the outside world as their swords clashed inside the storm.

Bai Hua fought wildly while Ayush did the same.

Bai Hua realized that he had to tap into his soul through the memories he had regained. He was having fun with this battle but it had to end. He smiled sincerely and mouthed "thank you" to Ayush.

Ayush was surprised. What was this Young Lord up to? Was he conceding?

Then, Bai used his real power. It was a split second. But to Ayush, it was like as if it happened in slow motion.

Bai Hua's hair sparkled as if there were golden specks of dust on it and his features changed into a handsome teenager with sword-like eyebrows and jade-like features. It was a divine appearance. His sword also looked like a flying dragon.

In this split second, Bai Hua had unwittingly shown his real form. But even he didn't realize it.

There was a look of dumbfounded expression on Ayush's face. What did he just witness? Was the spiritual fluctuation around them playing tricks on him? He just felt a push and the storm had stopped.

"Look!" someone shouted, "The storm has stopped! There is a winner!"

Everyone's eyes had become the size of saucers.

"It's our young Lord Bai Hua! He's the only one standing on the stage!"

"Does it mean he has defeated that prince from the Surya Kingdom?!"

They all narrowed their gaze outside the stage and there they saw the Second Prince of Surya Kingdom standing beneath the stage with a dumbfounded expression. He had reverted back to his original form: bare-chested with his purple dhoti. His hair was no longer tied but was hanging loosely by his shoulders. The rubies were now stringed around his wrists.

And his sword was lying stuck into the ground. He had been defeated!

Bai Hua flew off from the stage and stood before Ayush. He joined his hands and gave him a sincere bow, "Thank you once again for this duel."

Ayush laughed out ecstatically, "Young Lord Bai Hua, we should do this again. I have never had so much fun while fighting," and he returned the bow with his right hand on his chest, as was the custom of Surya Kingdom. This was a sign of respect and appreciation.

Bai Hua pulled out the sword from the ground and handed it to Ayush. Ayush took and it disappeared in his hand.

The spectators were bewildered. In their eyes, the prince was much stronger but somehow their Young Lord had overturned the match. They had now a new respect for their Young Lord. While most of the ladies thought that tonight was their chance to go and comfort the Second Prince. Though Bai Hua won the match, in their eyes Ayush had conceded to give face to The Lord of Soaring Dragon. They sighed at this thought. The prince was really a divine man.

Both Ayush and Bai Hua had disappeared together excitedly discussing each others prowess.

While the nobleman was left to declare the result on the stage.

Ayush had disregarded his own people and left to celebrate. While the nobles sat there with a bewildered expression.

Lord Bai Yur's eyes were twitching, "That son of mine did not even come to greet me after the battle!"

"Little Yur, I know what you are really thinking. You want to fight with that young Second Prince of Surya. Bai Hua probably felt your intention and led him away,"

Wana started a telepathic conversation with Imsong, "Sister Imsong, did he just now reveal himself? That idiot!"

"Ah, he didn't realize it himself. He was clearly having too much fun to have noticed it himself. And that was his first time using his past powers. It may have been like a drop of his real powers. But it's fine, this shows that his memories are slowly coming back."

"I just hope that Surya kid didn't notice it. It was just for a brief moment. My cousin has even attracted men in the past. Ah."

Ayush. Gay stalker it is.
