Chapter 105
Niya’s head throbs when she finally opens her eyes and is immediately made to gulp something forcefully. She clamps her mouth at first not willing to succumb again to treachery but a whispering female voice makes her relax.
“Niya, it’s me Crystella. Drink this quick. They are here.”
Niya’s throat burns as the liquid almost scorches through the skin but the throbbing goes away. It was like her ears nose and mouth was clogged with cotton and now suddenly they have been removed. The clarity makes her remember what has happened and with one quick look around her she realises that they have all come to rescue her. Niya’s wrath on Juno is quickly snapped as she sees Sybil now standing before Chase smiling, like she has already won a battle.
“She is weak. I can see that. She can’t do much.” Crystella whispers in Niya’s ears.
