Emma von Wolfgang

With her hand extended, Dorothy didn't want to shake it but it's against her nature on not to.

"Name's Dorothy Gardner, but I tend to go by my alias; Glinda Gardner, the Northern Good Witch, and Guild Leader of the Wicked Witches."

Dorothy shakes her hand with a firm grip but Emma seem to be impressed.

"And I shall introduced myself. I am the Eva of the Neo Brauns Army. I am Emma von Wolfgang."

Both finished introductions to one another.

"So what brought you here?" Dorothy asks.

Emma seem to be confused. "I thought your comrade, Ms. Bones had told you that I want to have a little chat with you. I had given her my number for a personal contact."

"Oh you have, did you?" Dorothy is playing coy. "And how did you find me?"

"I just asked around, and since these Coven Meetings are like our Neutral Zone, so nobody can't harm one or the other till the Meeting had finished. But I want to see this Witch who pretty much caused the Oztown Incident that had been a leading cause of Bloody Mary's death." Emma sat right next to Dorothy who sat down as well.

Looking at the Familiar.

"Familiar," Emma called out which she did. "I request two cups of coffee. Two teaspoons and cream please." Levitates ten $5 bills towards the Familiar.

"Yes, Ms. Wolfgang." Familiar made an order then teleported into a small portal.

Both of them are in an awkward silent as they're waiting for the order that Emma made on their behalf.

"So how's your trip to Chicago?" Emma broke the silence.

"Quite peaceful till today." Answered with a stern tone.

"Sounds lovely." Emma smile while trying to be friendly. "My trip was quite fun. I had to stop at South Carolina for a visit, then made my way around till I reach Chicago."

"Oh really?" Dororth isn't amused but then had an idea. "So where do you hailed from? If I may asked?"

"Classified, Ms. Gardner." Emma smiled.

Their drinks arrive, then been placed next to them.

"Enjoy your drinks, young Witches." She bows before leaving them alone.

Dorothy took one sip of her coffee but she had ignores the taste and heavenly scent due to on being focus towards Emma, who seem to enjoy her coffee.

"I wasn't expecting a great brew from an Arena, but still decent enough." Emma comment.

Looking at the Crest Maker then was curious.

"Want to see my Guild Crest?" Emma offers.

"That won't be necessary..." Dorothy tries to decline but Emma went straight away to the computer as she placed her hand on the scanner that reveals the Neo Brauns Army crest.

It's basically the Nazi Iron Cross with Neo Braun going around it.

"I know that it's not an original looking design, but people like us from the old world, we prefer to keep it simple." Emma seems proud of her comment. "Like your Guild Crest. It's quite simple but look effective."

Dorothy felt disgusted as she had been complimented by Emma, but couldn't ignore it. "Well thank you, Ms. Wolfgang."

"There's no need for the Miss. You call me either Emma or Eva."

"Well, Emma. I do appreciate the company, but I do not need any company for the time being unless it's with my Mentor. So can you please get to the point?" Dorothy demands.

"Very well, Dorothy..."

"You can call me Ms. Gardner, please."

Emma drink her coffee. "Alright, Ms. Gardner, there's no need to be hostile to one another."

Pulls out a tablet with a live feed of Abbie who reside at the hotel room with Lorona while Makayla and Olivia is nowhere to be found.

"Ms. Jaeger is keeping an eye out on her, and I see that you must had added her into your Guild. She'll make an excellent worker since she's a Mexican." Emma made a racial comment which made Dorothy to stand up then sat right back down.

Dorothy is scared that not only that her friends are exposed but they're waving their Lockets.

"Prize Lockets?" Emma sees them posing with it which Dorothy had a sign of relief that she doesn't know that they can transform. "I guess even the Good Witches have to find a way to entertain themselves."

Emma earpiece call in German. "Turn off the live feed and call it a day. I think my newfound friend here will understand now."

"Yes, Eva."

Live feed been cut off.

"What do you want, Emma?" Dorothy demands.

After drinking her coffee. "I'm here on wanting to recruit your German friend, along with a few others. And from one Guild Leader to another, we can discuss on the terms of her leave. We're understanding people, and we'll have such reasonable conversation."

Dorothy wants to decline the offer, but knowing that they got a live feed of the hotel room, she doesn't want to risk on unnecessary killings of other resisdents of the hotel.

"There must be another way we can discuss on not joining the Neo Brauns? Abbie is not much of a true German, since she have a soft spot for the city of Boston. So I'm much more interested on discussing on avoiding your Guild." Dorothy looks into Emma's cold eyes.

She grins at Dorothy.

"Then this is an excellent opportunity that I can ask for payment, in order to avoid recruitment." Emma happily smiled. "I do know that other Witches and Guilds don't find me appealing, but I do try to be a reasonable Witch. I really do, but all they see is a Nazi. And I'm far more than a Nazi."

Dorothy rolled her eyes as she scoff it off. "I have read what your kind did in World War 2."

"Ah yes. Us proud Germans that shed our disgusting German stereotypes and become a what we were meant to be because potential held us back." Emma said without a fault.

"Not Germans."

Raising an eyebrow over the comment.

"Nazis. There's a difference." Dorothy said to her.

"I originated in Germany."

"Then you're a German Nazi. Like how I heard that there's American Nazis living in this country. You can be a German or American, but you're still a Nazi regardless."

Emma summed ammuse by Dorothy. "And it sounds like we might have a problem..." Emma is teasing to tap her earpiece.

Dorothy backed down to prevent a potential crime scene. "But... I'll ignore that fact, since you want to be reasonable for my friend's freedom. So how much?"

Emma smiled. "I will ignore that you were trying to stir the pot with me. There's some couple interest fees for your payment, since you have three Devils under your wings. They might tainted you from their nonsense and their savage ways, so I'll say... 16 million."

"16 million?!" Dorothy stood up while Emma continue her drink. "Now walk me through on the pricing, because you should mine as well just say you're gonna rob me."

"Gladly." Taking one last sip. "1 million for your friend's freedom."

"Sound a bit pricy, but where the additional 15 million come from?"

"5 million each for making her to interact with such Devils."

"5 million each just for that?" Dorothy is questionable.

"Correct." She doesn't seem to budged over the idea.

Dorothy is in trouble as it is, but doesn't want Almira to use all of the accounts that she had stolen over the years but she had to make a choice since she only know through books that the Nazis are infamous creating destruction across the world.

"I'll be completely honest with you that I'm still stunned with your offer on Abbie, and beyond it with the total price. So..." Dorothy took a drink of her coffee. "What will you be using my 16 million, and more importantly, why do you think I have that much to begin with?"

"Down to the details?" Emma is curious then give out a calm smile. "Very well. Originally it would had been something like maybe around 50 thousand, but since after seeing where you were staying, I had to jack up the price. Whenever I see a Witch that has money to cover that much for a meaningless meeting, it means they got so much more to lose. Yes, I'm basically robbing you but it's more of offering your friend... I would say freedom but you're basically condemning her to live with such beings, but you call it freedom, I call condemning."

"And the 16 million?"

"I'm planning on creating a World War, so I need some funding to do so. And my World War will be between us Witches and Magical Girls. Each World War evolves, so what's next? Us and them. But a war like that, I need money to fund for the weapons and training. Plus, when I make my grand return to Germany, I'll bring it back to where it supposed to be." Emma seems to have a glorious vision, but Dorothy isn't having none of it.

"I think they're far much happier than what you envision." Dorothy said that snap Emma out of it. "And besides, we all have save that much money to spend a night here. We want to enjoy a luxury lifestyle for one night."

"Only for one night?" Emma seems on not buying what she's selling. "Reborn Witches like you and your friends possibly wanted to explore the new world, so I doubt it would be for one night."

"And what about you, when you woke up?"

"When I woke up? I wanted to see what our glorious empire that our wonderful liberator of a leader had made. Beautiful blonde children running down the streets who will never feel hunger. Seeing the skies and oceans with clear blue crystal eyes. Permanent employment to those who needs it. Pure world peace. But it wasn't."

"But seeing how everything turned out, I doubt you were happy at all." Dorothy looks at her as she seem to be pissed over the world she was reborn into.

"What Comm. Reinhard said to me and my friends when we start training; sometimes, the bad guys win."

Dorothy slightly chuckled as she find it funny.

"And this was just people in general, then when those Magical Girls using Devil's trickery to win sickens me." Emma angrily stood up and give her cup to the Familiar then took a quick look of the Wicked Witches Guild list as she sees an interesting name but didn't mention it. "But enough about me. Tell me about yourself, Dorothy. I want to know more about the person who'll be my potential partnership."

Dorothy deeply sign out of annoyance. "I'm not interested in any kind of romantic nor sexual relationships. Or even a partner of crime." Dorothy turn to her. "I just want to live a peaceful life. I have no intention on being part of a war, or a World War that you want to achieve. Only a person who wants a war clearly suffers moral insanity."

Emma chuckled over Dorothy's claim.

"Want to know why I've been called a Northern Good Witch?" Emma seems to smile as she's leaning down towards Dorothy. "Because I care for all people. Not just the good ones."

At first she was confused, but then find it funny. "People? Even those animals disguising as people?"

"Quite rude, but yes. Because I'm just gonna say this because I care; go get some help to guide you through whatever trauma you suffer. Because those who want to inflict conflict are those who was born in it, raised for it, force by it, or craves for it."

Continue to find it funny by what Dorothy said.

"And to me since I was Reborn into this world, I'm forced by it since I'm a Witch. An enemy to the Magical Girls. But what about you?"

Emma smiles to Dorothy.

"If this transaction have completed, we shall find out afterwards."

Emma stands up then cut her palm. Offering a handshake.

"I'm not interested in a Witch's Duel." Dorothy decline the offer.

"No, but I do understand though. No one doesn't want to ben seen on shaking a hand of a Nazi." Emma kept her arm out for the handshake. "This is a blood oath. Witch's Duel are similar, but this oath since only one side can offer the blood. A Witch's word is bonded. So my oath is this; once our transaction had proceed, I swear I'll bring no harm to you and your Guild mates."

Dorothy looks at it and her instincts are telling her that maybe she should since she believes a good word should be shake, but, "I'll just take your word for it. And like your said, I prefer to keep it simple. I'll meet you at your place to drop off the money."

Emma chuckled as she withdraw her hand. "No, we'll meet at your place in Oztown."

She cleans up her blood then it slowly heal itself but left a scar that will be left there for some time, unlike Dorothy and Lorona self healing.

"Then I'll call you when everything is ready."

"See you then, Dorothy."

Emma walked away to open up the door, the door opens from the outside to reveal that Almira had arrive.

Both Almira and Emma met face-to-face.

"Wolfgang."

"Kowalski." Emma went from cold look then a calm welcoming smile. "How is your evening?"

Almira didn't bother acknowledging what Emma said. "Have a good evening, Wolfgang."

She walked by while Emma gives out her cackled as she walk out.

Noticing to see Dorothy is sitting down, looking distraught. Slightly look back then slowly walk up to her as she sees Dorothy have her hand over her mouth.

"What happen here, kid?"

Looks at Almira with a down look.

"Like any Witch before me, I made a deal with the Devil."
