Coven Meeting: Removal Discussion

All the Plague Witches are sitting down as everyone in the audience are in a conversation to themselves, talking about the tree subjects.

Each member of the Plague Witches removed her Plague Masks.

Layla spoke up first.

"May we talk about something I wanted to discuss that White over there had wanted to talk about."

The Plague Witches and the veteran Witches are groaning and moaning.

"You mean removing all four of you for pure red blooded white Americans?"

Charlotte said with her southern belle accent, which made Necro and Helena rolled their eyes as both Asuna and Jackson got an annoyed look towards her.

"I would want to remove any of you, and I'll discuss that maybe the black one can stay, but only if she learn her place."

Charlotte said while insulting Layla.

"I really want to shot you, White."

Layla tap on her Pistol Wand.

"I'm very tempted to do so right now."

Hikaru looks at Layla.

"Stay down, Jackson! We don't want to have another incident at a Coven Meeting again."

"And who's fault is that?!"

Charlotte barks at Hikaru.

"Ever since you wanted to host a Coven Meeting at Tokyo, you nearly almost send us and some of the other veteran Witches here killed! I wouldn't mind that the un-American born ones would die but you had send so many Americans death from those band of psychopaths."

"It was my decision to host it there, because it was during our first attempts on securing peace with the Magical Girls!"

Necro raised up her finger.

"I want to bring this up, but why we need to have this discussion again?"

She looks at Charlotte who felt offended.

"Because we been having this talk for over 30 years now."

"Yes! And ever since the Witch's Academy Massacre, I had expected this dog right here who must had sell every one of them out!"

"Not this again, I've been in arguments with Queen Victoria about it, but we need to be held accountable for what our kind had cause back at the early 2000's."

Hikaru walk up to Charlotte who stood up to stand against her.

"And as I said you, White. If anyone here wanted to have my spot here, then they can have it!"

Charlotte scoff it off as the Japanese Witches in the audience somewhat disagreed with the idea since they're telling each other that they respect her and want representation.

But some of the audience seem to like the idea.

"And yet. Jackson, Hades and Mercer there vote against it."

"If we even want to replace Asuna, who would fill her spot?"

Layla pointed out. Charlotte look at the Ten Seats around them.

"To be fair, anyone who believes in America! Pure white, and pure biologically born woman, American!"

Daniel scoff it as some of the Witches, majority of the colored ones are arguing over it then one of them shouted that they should remove her instead.

Helena silence the audience then stood up.

"Who said that?"

Turning around which cause the other Witches to be afraid then sold another African-American Witch in the audience.

"You want Charlotte White to be removed?"

Without saying the word, the Witch rapidly nods.

"Then what's stopping you to do so?"

Helena step aside to present Charlotte who smiles at her, wanting to invite her to bring the fight.

"No?"

Helena said to her.

"Then don't make such foolish requests, since being a Plague Witch isn't an honor to begin with. And both Asuna and White can only leave this if they die. And if you want to remove them, then you better make sure that any of us to be dead."

Helena wrist numbers appear to be changing.

"Yes, Ms. Glinda Gardner?"

She looks up to see a spotlight cast down onto her.

Almira is shaken in fear then is worried about on what question she'll be asking.

"Yes. Um... what happen if you, who might be the de facto leader of the Plague Witches or what might happen if all of you somehow died?"

"Hmm... Interesting question, Ms. Gardner. Then this had been a rule but never made it happen since it only happen once. And if you're wondering, it was the very first Coven Meeting where all Witches had ever hold together. How we determined it is by having a battle royale with only a handful of the strongest Witches had either killed or made the other Witches submit over their power. Last time that ever happen had started the Dark Ages."

Walking up to the Plague Witches to calm all parties down.

"This should had been a short discussion on removing both Asuna and White, per Jackson request, but we needed to show unity in order to fight against the ultimate enemy to us Witches. And like how the Red Magical Girls had slaughtered our young Witches, we need to show them that we are meant to be fear and crossed any of us, we'll have to show off our might."

"Now hold there, Hades."

Charlotte spoke up.

"Are you saying that I was in a discussion of being removed? Because I do love my position here. I've been here ever since I had organized the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Payback on letting the slaves go, and ruining what was considered as world peace at the time."

This cause a small minority of Witches that seem to be proud of what Charlotte did, thus causing a small argument over it.

"And you're saying that I should be removed for not living up to today's standards?"

Helena looks into Charlotte eyes, with both Plague Witches don't show fear to the other.

"No. Because I believe in that if a Plague Witch want to leave, then die. And if I die, then Mercer is next. And if she dies, then your next. Experience outweighs the youth."

"I have no plans on doing so."

Charlotte smirks then looks at Hikaru.

"Then perhaps our little Japanese friend there could just kill herself if she want to leave so badly. And I heard in Japan, they really love doing that. I think it's a national sport for them."

This cause a ruckus with the Japanese Witches while some are being accused on being Magical Girls in disguises.

Hikaru got up to Charlotte face which Layla slightly pull her away.

"So why is this even a discussion?"

Necro asked.

"We had been talking about this for decades, and it's not gonna change."

"It haven't change since I took over."

Helena added.

"And I'm not planning on changing that, since back then, we were all just minding our own business till the Yumeno and Kagami decided to tell us that we should volunteer on a mass suicide in order to repent our sins."

"There's no lie that what we all have done, we can't take it back but we represent free will. Freedom."

Necro spoke to the audience.

"But we try to live our lives as either peaceful Witches, or violent Witches. Take me for example, I had spend centuries on dabbling with necromancy."

"So as disrespecting the dead with your necrophiliac ways."

Hikaru added.

"Granted. That part is true..."

Almost every Witch in the audience are speaking out against Necro who rolled her eyes at them.

Majority all of them are now requesting on removing her, but Necro finds it funny.

"That part is true, but I have no intention on murdering and killing people. I get by for being a teacher to a local high school in biology. And yet, I'm a Plague Witch because what I can do. I live a peaceful life, but if any of you want to take a shot at me, then good luck on finding me and suffer the consequences."

The audience then are requesting that Necro should reveal her location that they want to take a shot at her.

Hikaru scoff it off, while Layla is giggling.

Charlotte is laughing at the idea, but wishing someone will till she spoke up.

"Don't you have that little threat that you had mentioned to every Magical Girl and Vigilante that dares to kill you?"

Helena rolled her eyes over the statement.

"Yes I do. So I'll give you all this little warning if I ever die; when there's no more room in Hell, the dead shall rise as my undead army with no cure, and no mercy. That might happen upon this world."

During that warning, Necro created a dark shadow and illusions of the dead holding every Witch that cause a massive panic scream till Necro swift her hand away to undo the spell.

"And believe me, there's so many dead bodies than everyone combined."

She walk back to her throne.

"If you want to tackle me down, then come to Serbia and show me if you have the courage to call my bluff."

She gives out a cackled that made Almira be very afraid as Necro gives her a sinister grin.

"Yes, Ms. Tanahashi?"

A spotlight cast onto the another Witch. A young Japanese Witch.

"Is there another way to be inducted as a Plague Witch?"

Necro answers it.

"Ms. Tanahashi, unless they're being sent to the Iron Maiden Prison, death is their only option. Willingly to volunteer to die or by force, removing a Plague Witch is a hassle. Voting for it is nothing more but a pointless option. Civilized, yes. But we don't play it that way."

"And to add, if you want our title? You can claim it. It's not like we're saying no. It's whether or not if you want to win. But as a civil human being that I am, I want them to be remove. And he's an example, I had orchestrate many assassinations. From Lincoln to King, I only kill to those who pose a threat to me. But I have my fair shares of failed assassinations, because both of them are still here."

Charlotte looks at both Hikaru and Layla.

Layla chuckled then said.

"Then you're the one who have my MGK being gun down in Texas?"

Charlotte slowly smiled.

"Why yes. It was quite easy to lure in those the Magical Rangers, to one of your hideout, but didn't know you weren't there."

"Enough!"

Helena said to them.

"If you two have any issues with one another, then you can handle it like adults and take it out there. This is where we all had to be civilize to one another."

Both seems to agreed with it.

"Fair enough, Helena."

Charlotte open up a fan to cool herself down.

"To conclude this discussion, or argument to be more likely, we will not remove Hikaru Asuna, or to despite Charlotte here, nor Malayla Jackson. This discussion is over, so we shall move onto the next topic."
