After the Assault

Dorothy is sitting down at the sidewalk as people are walking by, acting like this is usual.

"What in tarnation are these people doing?" She ask herself.

Both Lorona and Serena caught with her.

Serena is showing concern then relief that Dorothy is fine. "I'm glad that you're alright, Dorothy. I wasn't expecting you to be in a heated gun fight on your first trip in the city."

Dorothy is scratching her head. "Are city folk like this? When it comes to city fights with Witches?" Dorothy leans back. "Because it's so odd to see these folk acting like nothing happen."

"Well they know that the Magical Girls and Vigilantes are protecting them, and there's no real casualties among the civilians."

"Hey you!" Katherine spoke up towards Dorothy.

Katherine is 5'9". Short brunette hair, wild and covering one of her red piercing eyes. D cups. Like Becky, she has a slight muscular tone.

"Can you come here, please." Katherine ask her.

Dorothy stood up and with Serena is up on her shoulders. Lorona wanted to join, but being held back by police telling her that it's Vigilante business.

Lorona angrily tell them, but Serena shakes her head which pissed Lorona off till Maria came by and pull her away. Embarrassed by Lorona childish antics.

Dorothy walk up to Katherine. "What is it?"

Katherine passed her a couple of Neo Brauns. "A few Vigilantes and civilians report that you had shot these ones down, have you not?"

Speaking with such deadpan but strict tone.

Dorothy grabs them with Serena is excited that she got a few captures.

"I thought it was first come, first serve?" Dorothy asks.

Katherine soft smile to her. "Not always. It's who took them down first counts."

"This is good news, Dorothy. You might be up in the Rankings." Serena is excited with the happiest smile of her life. "Because bringing in one Neo Braun is like bringing in 5 normal Witches."

"So how many?" Dorothy asked.

"At least three." Katherine turn to see the three in police car and are being treated like everyone else who's being send to jail. "Now write your report there. There should be paper ready for you."

Both Dorothy and Serena look at each other, "Let's get this over with." Serena suggest. "If you managed to gun down those three, then I can already assume that Cassandra, Lyra, and Melissa had managed to kill a few."

"You need to be there?" Dorothy asks her as she's doing her paperwork.

"As long they have my card, I can do that bit online."

Multiple police officers are looking over the Neo Brauns that had been either captured or dead, while the doctors and the Militant Magical Girl is looking over the injuries to heal them.

Some of the Vigilantes give both Cassandra and Melissa some credit on killing some of the Neo Brauns. At least around five for Cassandra while Melissa only got one.

Lyra on the other hand, have not taken down any Neo Brauns or even kill, so she doesn't have to do paperwork for that but have to do paperwork for the destruction she had made against Johanna and the alleyway where she and the other Vigilantes are force to pay any kinds of damages they made.

Dorothy, Cassandra, and Melissa also had to pay for the damages fee.

Looking at the standings, Cassandra managed to break into the American Rankings in the 280s, while Dorothy only got the literal 300th spot.

Melissa is the only person who saw the Rankings and didn't even broke in. "But I brought down one."

Some of the other Vigilantes are comforting her as they too didn't break into the Ranking themselves.

Lyra made her way back to Dorothy and Serena.

"So what happen here?" Lyra ask Dorothy. "I thought we had Wolfgang pin down?"

"I honestly thought so too. But we were bested, but it was quite different from the battle with the MGK and Bloody Mary." Dorothy said to her.

"I didn't expect they would be prepared. And that one with the guns, she's quite a savant." Lyra leans back as Dorothy continue doing paperwork on the police car hood.

"Oh wait, I need to write another damage report." Dorothy remembers.

Serena sign. "That's how it is in the city. Vigilantes will have nothing but damage fees. So it's work smarter, not harder."

"Then do you mind if I go the limo I made a dent on?" Dorothy said to Serena.

"Actually, I've got word about that. Someone send a bill for limo repairs." Serena shows Dorothy a bill. "So thank you on being honest on the damages." Serena bows to Dorothy.

Dorothy and Lyra look at the bill then turn blue of the pricing.

"Lyra, you said the convoys hold a couple thousands right?" Dorothy slowly turn to her.

"I know a good route of one, but I'll double check to make sure on it." Lyra awkwardly chuckle.

Serena doesn't approve of it, but due to Dorothy's situation with Emma von Wolfgang, she understands it.

"If we're done here, then let's us head back to the hotel." Dorothy said.

All three nod.

"Lyra, text Cassandra and Melissa that we're heading back to the hotel. I want us to take our leave, right away."

She nods then send the text that both Cassandra and Melissa got.

"And Loro... I mean Esmeralda?" Lyra asks.

"Meet us at the hotel. I want us to have a word before we leave." Dorothy replied.

"Sounds like a plan." Serena agreed. "Now we're finished here, let's head back."

Dorothy with Serena on her shoulder, and Lyra are making their ways back to the hotel.

Cassandra and Melissa are finishing up their paperwork, they make their way back.

During their way back to the hotel, Katherine caught up to Dorothy.

"Hey!" She shouted at them.

Looking down at Dorothy with Lyra looking afraid as Dorothy trying to be calm but both and even Serena can feel this overwhelming presence.

Katherine leaps down to meet them in eye level.

"I have a few questions to ask you."

Looking deep into Dorothy's eyes as she's trying to keep herself calm. "Ask away, Ms. Fitzgerald."

Lyra heard the name then look at her. To her, this Katherine Fitzgerald is a different beast entirely.

"How did you know that the person in the park was Emma von Wolfgang?" Turns to Lyra which made her shock at first then swallow her fear to answer in her quirky way.

"Well..." tilt rolling her head with her tongue sticking out on the side, "I remember a couple of my friends in the street had encountered an awkward looking women and speaking in German but said something call Neo Brauns Army? So I expect it with my girlfriends, Cassie and Melissa."

Dorothy and Serena are astonished by Lyra dedication to her bit.

"So... we also have to expect it, till we have to get Dorothy here to tell us."

Turn to her. "And you? How did you encountered her?"

Dorothy remembers her lie that she had rehearse. "My friend back in Oztown had been abducted by Emma. It was after the Oztown Incident, and elsewhere when we were resting up. She took Rebecca Wolfe hostage, and I'm planning on rescuing her."

"I remember her face, but didn't expect her to bring in the Nazis."

"Quite." Katherine seem to be impressed by them. "So I'm glad we managed to get to know who they are."

Pulls out a security camera where Dorothy was first "attacked" by Cassandra.

"We need to figure out on who's Wolfgang women are, since they might be leading a much bigger operation here. And from my reports, this might be another Witch as she disappeared when this whole thing had happen."

Dorothy, Lyra, and Serena gives her an awkward chuckle.

"Do you know her?" Katherine ask them.

"I think this might be Glinda the Northern Good Witch?" Serena slowly answers while both Dorothy and Lyra were scared that she gave out the name.

"Oh. So this Northern Good Witch, is she working for you?" Katherine walk up to her.

"Well..." Dorothy is trying to mislead her, but Serena quickly came up with a lie.

"Yes. Because since she's not a big time name, she won't get Dorothy here a Ranking position. So we struck a deal to give her immunity on bringing out Wolfgang. But we might take her out, privately, when she think she'll receive payment for it."

Katherine looks at them then smile. "I can't blame you. I too had to pay a lesser Witch to find a couple of Witches. I ended up killing that Witch, but she had redeem her soul by proving that she is a good Witch. So killing them with mercy but with clear conscious, they had been redeemed."

All three are disgusted by what she said.

"A good Witch is a dead Witch."

Cassandra and Melissa spotted Dorothy and Lyra, talking to another Vigilante.

Happily went up to them, but when Katherine turns around, Cassandra eyes went from happiness to downright dread.

Seeing Katherine's wolf hoodie eyes spark memories of herself and Cassandra Black, being hunted down by her and 4 other Vigilantes before Cassandra Black's death.

Both Melissa and Lyra realize what happen, they go up to her.

"What's wrong with her?" Katherine is confused by Cassandra hatred towards her but also have this terrified look. "Could it be my uniform?"

Both Lyra and Melissa caught the wording then take the advantage.

"Actually yes." Melissa hard pat Cassandra, trying to act as the tough girl. "She had a horrible encountered with a wolf Familiar. Mentally scars her."

"Oh!" Katherine felt disappointed. "I deeply apologize for my attire." She bows to her.

"We'll take Cassie back to our hotel room, which we had been sharing."

"Right?" Melissa asks.

Cassandra angrily snarl at them. "Right...!"

"See ya later!" Lyra peace sign.

Katherine then noticed the jeweled Switchblade Wand that Cassandra is carrying around.

"Wait a minute!" All three are horrified as both Dorothy and Serena are waving their hands behind Katherine, signaling them on not to go for the kill.

"Yes?" Cassandra turn and trying to be her ditzy personality but couldn't. "What do you want to know?"

Katherine walk up to Cassandra then grab the Switchblade Wand. "I had seen a Witch carry this Wand before. So far, she's the only Witch that had ever escape from grasp. So may I ask on where you got this?"

Cassandra continue to glare at Katherine but look away on not to give away their position. "I fought a Witch with that as a weapon. She cowers away, but took her little weapon away. As a reminder."

Katherine looks at her then the Wand. "Impressive. I respect a fellow Vigilante that can bring down troubled Witches that need either saving or mauling. Like that older Witch that she was with. Didn't stood a chance, but can give one hell of a hook."

"I bet she did." Cassandra turned around, not wanting to face Katherine due to her overwhelming aura that everyone around her can feel.

"Anyways," Dorothy walk up to them with a Feather Boat. "We're gonna take our leave. So thank you for your time, Ms. Fitzgerald."

"And have a lovely day you four." Katherine happily smiles as she gives the Switchblade back to Cassandra. "And maybe if you're stopping by in Chicago again, then maybe we should hang out? You four seem like a cool bunch to chill out with."

"One more question, I may ask?" Dorothy turns to Katherine.

"Sure."

"What dorm are you aiming at?"

Katherine hoodie ears went up with a smile. "Oh, I know this may sound suicide, but I always love the Red Dorm before it became a cultural dorm. But I love what it use to stand by. Purifying evil, and offering them a peaceful afterlife."

"Then hopefully you survive when you get in." Dorothy bows to her.

"And I hope I get to see you all in it, if you're planning on taking on the Neo Brauns. So good luck." She smiles at them.

The three with Serena are in the Feather Boat with Dorothy flying away, leading them all.

Katherine continues with her smile. "I'll capture that Witch." Looks down to see a memory of both Cassandra Black and Olivia Johnston, panicking in an alleyway. Cassandra is covered in blood.

"I'll capture you, and I'll save you by mauling you."

Katherine smiles with a sadistic grin as she remembers the horrified face of Olivia trying to bring her Mentor away.

"I'll find you, my little prey. I'll redeem you if you want to be a good Witch."

Memories shown of a cornered Cassandra then offer her to be paid off, and not wanting Olivia to be capture and sold out a couple of Witches nearby. When the deed is done, Katherine came by for payment, only to claw them afterwards.

Looking at an old Switchblade, not a Wand. With the name that reads, Olivia.

"And my dear, Olivia. A good Witch..."

Katherine spotted a couple of Witches nearby, then slowly walk up to them.

"...is a dead Witch"
