The Warrior Princesses Alpha

In a world of warring wolf and dragon clans, a seventeen-year-old princess is determined to reclaim her kingdom from the traitorous wolves who betrayed her family. TORN between her duty to her kingdom and her growing feelings for them, the princess must decide who to trust before the fate of her entire kingdom rests on her shoulders. Ashina's heart hurt when she was sixteen and found the man who stated he was in love with her, balls deep into some dragoness. Even if Cadma had never cheated on her, their love was not meant to be. The young prince did not see it the same way Ashina did and was not letting go of her without a fight. Angry at her true-mate, Andor, who did not save himself for her, she decides saving the kingdom is more important than having a mate. Is it possible for her fated mate and her to be together? Ashina had made the decision that love would not be part of her life at that point. As Ashina's heart was broken at sixteen, she realized that it was time to build an army to reclaim her kingdom.

Chapter Fifty-Six Headed Out to Check on The Troops

Olivia's point of view -

I was awakened by my cell phone alarm at 5:00 a.m. There was still time to pack some items for Cadma's trip. My knowledge of war and how to prepare for it was limited. Furthermore, I needed to locate my other siblings before attempting such a project.

As soon as I finished packing, I changed into black leggings and a black crop top. My hair was pulled back into a ponytail as I headed to the elevator and made my way outside to see Pyronis and Cadma glaring at each other. As I rolled my eyes at both men, I shook my head.

It was Cadma's decision to talk to one of his warriors. Having given him the letter, he instructed him to deliver it to Princess Ashina in the Eastern Kingdoms Royal pack. Taking the letter, the warrior slipped it into a pouch around his neck before shifting and heading into the distance.

*This is the last chapter dedicated to Olivia, Cadma, and Pyronis.* There may be minor references here and there to the three, but the trio will end up as their own separate story. *

Ashina -

Over the past week, I have been training eight hours a night until early morning to help train the warriors. Interestingly, Andor hasn't consistently bothered me. He helps with training, and I fear he has lost interest in me. I mean, why has he stopped bothering me? My wolf is so upset and is threatening me because of Andor's lack of interest in us. I have resorted to winking at Andor, and he just puts on a small smile and continues whatever he is doing. No smirks, no silly remarks, no whispering sensual words into my ear.

What is sweet is he has adjusted his hours to my hours, and his sister handles the pack during day hours. After going to bed, if I have nightmares about the past. I would make my wolf happy by sneaking into Andors' room and sleeping with him, making certain I woke up before he did, so he had no clue I was there. Sleeping next to Andor for some reason stops the horrible nightmares of that day we had to flee from our kingdom.

Today, I noticed Andor quite often conversed with a young she-wolf. What is he a pervert? After young she-wolves? I walked over to him angry and frustrated. I knew he couldn't stop his whoring ways.

Andor smiled at me as I walked up. I ignored the young she-wolf glaring directly into Andor's eyes.

"Could we talk privately?" I asked Andor while my arms were crossed tightly across my breast.

Andor picks up his towel from off the ground, wiping the sweat from around his neck, face, and chest.

Looking at me quizzically, Andor responds, "Sure you want to sit on the benches over there?

I nodded in agreement. In silence we both made our way to the benches.

I watched Andor climb up the stairs to the highest bench in the bleachers. I followed him and sat beside Andor.

He smirked at me. I was in shock I hadn't seen his signature smirk for what seemed like an eternity now.

"Sweetheart," Andor says to me. He uses a loving pet name for me. My wolf is enamored and forgot he was just speaking to a she-wolf constantly that was not us.

"What is causing you to wear a frown?" Andor asks as he scoots closer to me, putting his finger under my chin, that he may gaze into my eyes. Those eyes of his gaze into every part of my being, causing me to sensually heat up quickly. I could feel the cinnamon aroma of his breath and my eyes dropped to his full kissable lips. Pulling out of my trance, I once again put on the "I am upset" stance.

"Do you often flirt with underage she-wolves?"  I asked with so much disdain towards Andor in my voice.

Andor laughed and, without warning, pulled me into his lap, locking his lips onto mine. I tried to hit his chest to stop him, but at this point I was a goner, as I soon forgot my anger and endeavored to enjoy this passionate kiss, telling me I had nothing to fear.

Once Andor pulled away from the kiss, my lips swollen, my brain frozen in the moment.

"The you she-wolf is my cousin." Andor caresses my face, looking deep into my eyes.

Andor leans his head near my ear and whispers, "At night we need to do more than cuddle" Andor stands up laughing and heads back down to the training grounds while my heart is pounding and my jaw hangs open, not knowing how to reply to what he just whispered. His breath on my ear created havoc in my panties.
