THROWN OUT

**Heaven.

"Rise, princess Venus and tell me what you have prepared for me." King Sun said with a smile.

It was his birthday and as custom has it, all the princes and princesses must have a gift prepared for his majesty, King Sun.

Venus was his last and favorite daughter and as she arose, all eyes were on her.

"I have a song for His Majesty. I pray, dear father, that you listen to it." Venus said with a charming smile.

King Sun nodded and gestured for her to go on. Immediately, a voice so enchanting rung out and it was Venus. Her voice was so melodious with the capability of healing and taking away your sorrow.

As soon as she was done, a loud ovation was heard. The town all loved Venus and this made her elder sister Mercury mad with anger.

"Hey!" Someone called out behind Mercury. She turned and gasped when she saw Sage, her crush flying in her direction.

"W..w.what is it Sage?" Mercury asked.

"I wasn't referring to you. I was talking to Venus and I can't get to her if you keep getting in my way." Sage huffed in annoyance.

Mercury felt enraged and grabbed Sage in an attempt to kiss him but he shook her off in disgust.

"I didn't know you were also so cheap and desperate. If you want me to like you, try to be a lot more like your sister, Venus. Till then, you totally disgust me." Sage said and flew off.

Mercury folded her fists in pure anger and then, a wicked smile appeared on her beautiful face as she flew off.

"Let's watch you deal with this Venus." She said and chuckled.

**Earth. (Seoul, Korea.)

"Good Heavens! This place is literally untidy as hell." Blaine muttered as he walked into the Blue Pearls' band house.

They are four members; Bluey, Blaine, Jasmine and Calvin.

"Tell that to Jasmine. He made a mess outta here while eating junk." Bluey said picking up the littered boxes of pizza on the floor.

Just then, Jasmine appeared in the living room while yawning with a plate of popcorn in his hands. He smiled sheepishly seeing Bluey and Blaine clearing his mess.

"Jasmine, can't you be responsible for once. You littered the living room and you're still hunting for more food." Blaine said with a sigh.

"I can't help it. Food is my life." Jasmine replied and shrugged his shoulders.

"I can't understand why you keep eating but don't even get fat. I wonder what your stupid flings would say when they see you eating like a glutton." Calvin said arriving the scene.

"Yunno what? I'm heading home. Call me when this mess is cleared." Bluey said and left the house.

Blaine and Calvin glared at Jasmine who stared back at them.

"Come over and clean up your mess, you idiot." Calvin yelled chasing after Jasmine who kept stuffing his mouth with more popcorn.

**Heaven.

"Where is my Jade necklace?" King Sun roared angrily.

The entire people of Heaven shuddered at the loud, angry voice of their king.

"Father, a maid reported to me that she saw Venus enter your chambers." Mercury voiced out.

"Are you sure?" Crown Prince Mars asked with suspicion evident in his tone.

"As sure as I'll ever be." Mercury replied.

The people began to murmur loudly as no one believed that Venus could do such a thing.

"I truly doubt it. Venus wouldn't be that greedy to take the Jade necklace." Uranus, the first princess quipped.

"Venus!!" King Sun thundered in annoyance.

Venus flew tremblingly before King Sun and knelt down.

"Here I am, father." She replied with her head bowed.

"Did you enter my chambers?" He asked, hoping she'd deny the allegation.

"Yes Father,,,, but I didn't take the Jade necklace." Venus confessed.

"She must have taken it. I don't believe her." Mercury muttered.

"I find this hard to believe." Second Prince Jupiter said shaking his head.

"Lead the way to your chambers, Princess Venus." King Sun said trying hard to keep his calm.

Venus flew off, leading the way to her chambers with the King, and her seven siblings following suit.

"Search the room." The king ordered and immediately a search was conducted.

"Here it is." Third Prince, Neptune said holding the sparkling Jade necklace in his hands. He had found it in her box of jewelry.

Venus' eyes were as wide as saucepans on seeing the evidence.

Immediately she fell on her knees, folding her immaculate white wings.

"I didn't take it. Believe me." Venus cried and her brothers felt pity for her but King Sun was yet to declare his judgment.

"Bring her to the judgment room and summon the people." King Sun ordered and flew away.

The guards dragged Venus to the judgment room where all the folks of Heaven had gathered to watch Venus' trial.

With King Sun seated on the mighty throne and the sceptre of truth in his hands, Venus knew her fate rested in his hands.

"Dear Creator, please don't let me be executed. Turn father's anger away and let me proved innocent." She prayed silently as she knelt before him.

"Third princess Venus is accused of stealing the Jade necklace from the courts of King Sun. Stealing the Jade necklace is a crime punishable by death." King Sun said earning a gasp from queen Luna, Venus' mother and Venus herself.

Mercury had a sinister smile on her face as she heard this.

"In as much as it breaks my heart to see my beloved daughter in this mess, she must serve her punishment. She is hereby banished from Heaven to live on Earth. I have concluded my judgement." King Sun stated pointing the sceptre of truth to Venus.

Queen Luna rushed and held his hands.

"Please Your Majesty. Don't banish her." She pleaded while shedding tears.

"She's lucky not to be sentenced to death. Do not provoke my anger more." King Sun said and a bright light surrounded her and when it vanished, Venus couldn't be seen again.

"My poor baby! Banish me alongside her!!" Queen Luna yelled crying profusely as she rolled on the floor.

"Mother!!" Princess Uranus and crown prince Mars called out and carried her up.

The people could be seen murmuring amongst themselves.

👥 I can't believe that she would steal the jade necklace. I really can't.

👥 She might have taken it to become more powerful. You never can tell.

👥 But this is really hard to take in.

👥 Venus is just a green snake. We shouldn't have trusted her.

👥 Don't say that! She could be innocent.

👥 Who else has noticed the way Mercury stared at her? I'm not saying that she framed her but she might have a hand in all this.

👥 I noticed as well but we can't really be sure.

Mercury was smiling inside her heart as she walked to get chambers.

"No Venus to claim my spotlight."

EARTH ≈SEOUL, KOREA.

Venus groaned and opened her eyes to meet herself on a beach and a lot of people were staring at her. They wondered why she ended up sleeping on the beach while some were admiring her great beauty.

Venus looked at herself and noticed that her wings had vanished and she was living as an ordinary human now.

"I'm on Earth. The last place I imagined I'd be. Why have I been sent here?... what offence did I commit?...I didn't steal the jade necklace but they all think I did... Oh Creator, why am I here? I never did any wrong...." She cried as she slowly admired the tall fascinating buildings she saw.

"Where do I start from? I've never been here before. How do I cope?" She thought stepping into the centre of the road obliviously.

A loud honk behind her was the last thing she heard before blacking out.

**Lake City Hospital...

Venus opened her eyes slowly after taking in the nauseating smell of weird stuffs.

Blinking her eyes to get adjusted to the brightness, she couldn't help but wonder aloud.

"Am I in Heaven?... am I being sent back?... what is this smell?" She thought loudly but didn't expect to get a reply.

"No my dear, you're not in Heaven. You're in the hospital as my car nearly ran into you." A woman said.

Venus turned and sat up on the bed quickly to see a beautiful woman in her early forties staring at her with a warm smile.

"Who are you?"

"I'm Reina Carson. I almost ran into you with my car and that reminds me, what were you don't in the centre of the road?" Reina asked.

"What can I say?..." Venus thought.

"I'm lost and I really don't know much about myself or my family and where I'm headed to. I just found myself on a sandy area." Venus lied.

Reina had a pity face as she listened to Venus's tale. She patted her shoulder comfortingly.

"You must have lost your memories dear but not to worry, I'll take care of you till you regain them or your family comes searching for you." She assured her.

"Thank you so much, ma'am." Venus said with gratitude written on her face.

"No problem dear, I'm just happy to help. I'm sure Bluey will be so happy to see you." Reina replied and got up from the seat she was on.

"Who's Bluey?" Venus asked cocking an eyebrow and Reina gave her that warm, cozy smile that showcased her pearly white set of teeth.

"He's my only child. He usually feels alone without any sibling. But having you around, will cheer him up. I'll be going to see the doctor, to know when you'll be discharged" Reina replied.

Venus nodded and Reina exited the room after patting her hair.

Venus lay back on the bed and a lone tear escaped her eye.

"What did I do to deserve this? I've always loved Mercury but all she did was to frame me and have me thrown out of heaven. This is cruel and I hope you'll never have peace as long as you live, Mercury. Never!" She thought as more tears slid out of her closed eyes.
