The following morning, as the first rays of dawn began to paint the sky with hues of pink and gold, Diana sat with Helena in the mansion's study. The room was filled with the soft glow of candlelight, casting dancing shadows on the walls.

Helena's eyes were heavy with exhaustion, a testament to the sleepless night they had both endured. She gazed at Diana with a mixture of gratitude and apprehension, her mind still coming to terms with the gravity of their situation.

"Diana," Helena began, her voice gentle but filled with questions, "why didn't you tell me about the Elixir of Immortality and the Cursed Valley earlier? You've kept this from me for so long."
