"You seem calm despite us going to meet the High Leader of the White Fang." Both Tealle and Shen were flying in a private passenger plane. The two of them were sitting across one another, flying to the Mistral's Capital city, which, surprisingly enough, was also where the White Fang's Main HQ was.

Shen turned his head from the seat-side window and took the headphones off his head. "Of course I'm calm. In Mistral I have more power than anyone." Tealle did not refute Shen's words as she lowered her gaze.

Through links with the Black Sheep and taking over Kuchinashi along with every organization inside of it, Shen had almost taken over the underworld of Remnant. Even if he didn't utilize them, his connections and power outdid that of any of the White Fang's Branches. With both Neo and L1 spreading news through multiple channels, Shen had what he wanted.

Not a face or a figure but a looming shadow no one could truly identify. "So with that fact in her mind she probably wants to see where I stand. Against her and the White Fang or with them? I have too much influence to be ignored now. She's already surrounded on all sides by me so she wants to do the same under the guise of authority."

Listening to him, Tealle spoke. "Isn't that all the more reason for you to be cautious?" This meeting was serious in all tenses. Everyone knew it wasn't some simple get-together. Every Branch Leader and their Branches upper ranks were coming.

"Oh it's going to be dangerous alright. But at the same time how could I pass up an opportunity like this? The pillars of the White Fang and the Council ruling over the government of Mistral all in the same city?" Shen could only smile at the thought as a sense of realization dawned on Tealle. "Wait, don't tell me…"

"You don't have to think about what I'm going to do in the future. The fact you're still alive proves your worth something. You're more useful to me and cause less trouble alive than dead. So if you want to continue to live…" Shen pointed to Tealle's heart as she felt her chest tighten. "Make the right call's. And if you do well I might even reward you."

Hearing Shen's words, she didn't respond and instead went into thought. The rest of the travel was uneventful until they eventually arrived in the Capital City Mistral. Unlike Kuchinashi, the Capital of Mistral was where the Council of the Kingdom resided, as such security here as well as overall safety dwarfed Argus.

Getting off of the plane, Shen looked around the airport only to spot a very luxurious car waiting. Standing next to the passenger's door was a Chauffeur along with a guard. "The High Leader has been waiting for you both. No one else has arrived yet." Speaking respectfully, he gestured for the two of them to get in.

Doing so, the Chauffeur and guard got into the car as well before pulling off. As the car left the airport and made its way into the city, Shen spotted the guard in the car looking at him. "I just want to say its an honor to meet you sir. You're so young but I've heard of all the changes you've implemented. Me and my family plan on moving to Kuchinashi soon."

Shen was taken back for a second as he gave off a smile. "Of course, it was my pleasure." Hearing the guard's words, the Chauffeur spoke up as well. "I have to agree. Despite what the higher ups say I believe you made a rightful call in Argus. I can't believe what those bastards did to our people."

It was then that the two of them both noticed Tealle's grim gaze. Immediately closing up, they refocused on their jobs. The car continued to make its way through the city. The overall drive took over an hour, taking multiple different routes to avoid tracking and a secret road into an isolated area.

When they arrived, Shen looked out the car window and saw they were in a modified, underground area. Having a mix of a castle aesthetic, the underground area had been transformed. Stone brick outlined a fairly large double gate laid open. Lining the roof of the hall inside were flags of the White Fang.

Along with that, White Fang Members dressed differently than normal guarded the hall walls with spears in hand. His eyes flashed for a moment as he utilized the Inspect skill. 'They even prepared high level cannon fodder. Now I'm more interested to see what they have in store.' Deeper within the underground complex, a woman was waiting in a throne room.

Pillars lined both sides of the room with a red carpet with gold trimmings leading to an uplifted platform led to by stairs. On Top of that platform was the throne with the current High Leader, Sienna Khan, sitting on it. Surrounding her were four guards assigned directly to her command. One of the guards spoke to her politely.

"Mam we have received word that the one called Shen has arrived along with the Mistral Branch Leader." Sienna remained silent, having a dark complexion and neck-length black hair. An extra pair of ears adorned her head, being a Faunus, while dark tiger striped tattoo's lined her arms and body.

A red cape-like cloak exposing her shoulders ran down her back, accompanying her black and white trimmed sleeveless top and skirt. After a moment, she did speak as she replied. "We're positive all the information we've gathered is accurate. Especially concerning his abilities?" The guard nodded as she took a deep breath, putting one of her legs over the other.

"Then let us see what decisions he makes." Minutes later, both Tealle and Shen stood in front of a pair of large doors. Automatically those doors slowly opened, revealing the White Fang Throne Room. Stepping inside, the two of them made their way down the red carpet. "It's been quite some time since I've last seen you Tealle."

Sienna spoke with a smile as Tealle kneeled on one knee. "It has High Leader. Thank you for your invitation." Sienna's eyes moved to Shen, who had not bent his knee an inch. "And you must be the one everyone's been so eagerly talking about." Shen acted clueless as he spoke.

"You flatter me." Chuckling to herself, Sienna's eyes narrowed. "Perhaps I do, especially considering that your actions are bordering on treason." Her word's caused a silent chill to permeate through the room. Looking up at her, Shen kept a lax expression on his face. "And what could you possibly mean by that?":

"Dont play dumb with me I find it tiring. Despite how noble your actions seem it's clear your goals stray from the White Fang's intention. Our goal is to strike fear into Human's and fight against those who would subjugate us. Not to start a war." Her voice grew more serious as she continued.

"However, clearly you have different ideas in mind. Riling both Faunus and White Fang alike, creating your own personal force out of Kuchinashi and even going as far as to use that force in Argus's destruction." Under the guise of the White Fang, Shen had furthered his own ends, and even without him leaking information, that did not escape her watch.

"Oh? So are you trying to say my actions have made life for Faunus in Mistral better? Or is this just because my actions are bringing more results than your White Fang has been able to produce in years. I mean it was already laughable to see that those in The White Fang desire personal power over their original goal."

Shen's words were spoken relentlessly as Sienna's hands scratched the hands of her throne. At the same time, the four guard's around her who had remained silent lept into action. Pointing their spears at Shen, one of them screamed. "How dare you show such disrespect!" They were prepared to act as Sienna raised one of her hands before standing up.

"The path you are going down may seem fruitful now, however it will not last. Even if you had every Faunus's support we could not survive a war against the Humans. Not me or you or anyone else has the power to fight the world as it is. In the end your chasing a ludicrous which will only make people lose hope-"

Sienna suddenly found herself cut off and caught off guard. Tealle, who was standing next to Shen, was shocked as well. "Ahahaha…" Shen was laughing and not quietly. It was as if he couldn't hold himself back as slowly as he covered his mouth. "I'm sorry about that… I just found it hilarious you thought that my plans are solely based on me believing in the power of Faunus."

"What do you mean?" Sienna seemed confused as Shen's laughter died out, and he waved his hand. Immediately Life Fibers he had placed secretly activated themselves, sealing the door to the Throne Room shut. At the same time, everyone in the room experienced a sense of shock. The fake Faunus horns he had on his head at nearly all times turned bright red.

The next moment they dispersed almost into thin air. "It's true I bring people to my side. I never give them my trust nor do I ever keep full confidence in them. After all, the only person you can trust with absolute certainty is yourself which is why your misconception made me laugh. And reminds me of what someone I knew used to say."

Shen's figure seemed to flash as his body blurred from vision. Sienna and Tealle's eyes widened. In an instant, Shen's figure appeared smiling in front of Sienna. At the same time, burning red holes had appeared in the chests of all four of her guards as they fell to the ground.

"Your concept of power is clearly much different than mine." Sienna's mind seemed to fall into disarray as she slowly fell back down onto her throne, looking up at Shen. She had prepared countermeasures against Shen's abilities. Special armor is made to counteract electricity along with unique knives on personnel capable of cutting through steel wiring.

Although she doubted Shen would actually attack while in her presence, she was prepared if he did. Or so she thought. "Tealle came up here." Shen's words were concise, and Tealle quickly made her way up towards the throne. "I think our wondrous High Leader needs a demonstration of what I mean. So make sure she stays comfortable."

Sienna's eyes fell onto Tealle as she spoke. "What are you doing? Why are you following his-" Her neck began to trickle a drop of blood as one of Tealle's tails moved to it. As if the tail's hairs were made of blade's they pressed themselves against her skin. "I'm afraid things change in time, Sienna. And from what I can tell your reign has ended."

Shen smiled at her words as Shen's eyes turned to the Throne Room doors. The sound of banging made themselves apparent as well as voices. They continued for over a minute until, suddenly, the banging stopped. The next moment the sound of something cutting through air was accompanied by red lines flashing on the surface of the door.

"And here comes the main attraction for this event." With one final bang, the large door made of reinforced stone collapsed as it had been sliced into multiple sections. Dust and rubble flew everywhere as a figure with multiple people standing behind him came into view. 'I should have expected him to come running here.'

Stepping over the destroyed door was none other than Adam Taurus. Behind him stood the remaining three Branch Leaders along with the higher-ups of each branch, including the Mistral one. "I knew something like this might happen. But still I thought it would be by my hand Sienna was dethroned."

Adam's eyes glanced towards Tealle as he scoffed. "And of course he decided you to be the first one to crack." Tealle's eyes narrowed at Adam's words as she looked towards Shen for a moment. The next second that same threatening yet seductive smile she put on when meeting Shen appeared on her face.

"I find no guilt in following orders. The rest of the White Fang shall follow suit as well." She had decided to throw her lot in with Shen fully. By the end of this, there were only two possibilities. One ending with her subserving herself to Adam due to him having the support of the upper echelon of the White Fang.

Or the other was siding with Shen. And despite everything he had dragged her through, one fact remained clear. He had not lost once up to this point, no matter what it was. He had goals bigger than Faunus, and he had already told her how to fall into his good graces. "You… All of you are traitors! And you Tealle worst of all, siding with a Human!"

Sienna's eyes went feral as she yelled; however, Tealle remained silent, ignoring her. On the other end, Shen held out his hand as Gae Bolg appeared, pointing it towards Adam and the people on his side. His eyes flashed as information began to flood his vision. By the end, he had a smirk on his face.

"Before we start I want all of you to die with a clear conscience. When all of this is over the Faunus and those you care about will be left in good hands. Of course… That goes double for you doesn't it Adam? "
