The carriage, carrying a group of mercenaries, drove through the main roads with no difficulties.

Their main plan, to hand Ian over, receive the prize, and then run away using Zal's teleportation spell seemed feasible enough, and they even gained the chance to rest and relax for a while. They could also pass through these cities filled with bounty hunters with no problem at all. They didn't need to hide themselves or camp out in the while anymore. Thinking this way, everything was good, optimistic, even. 

But there was one small problem. 

How much longer were they supposed to go?
