Ian's POV

The girl went around the canvas, their deadly stares locked together. Hannah vanished into a bright light and appeared behind Jessy. The latter swerved quickly and held her by the arm. Hannah winced as Jessy overturned her in the air. Before she could land, she disappeared again. Hannah definitely knew how to use her powers. I was glad to have her on the team.

Jessy looked around the room, hoping to see Hannah. A bright light appeared above the blonde girl and the Hannah jumped out of it. She landed on Jessy, making her drop to the floor. Hannah opened her palm and the unexpected happened. A portal stretched open in mid air, a loud thunderclap reverberating around. She flung Jessy inside and the portal closed back. It opened before her again, Jessy flying out of it. Hannah landed a blow on her face, making her stop midflight and fall on the canvas. This fight was one sided and captivating.
