Dracula's POV

Griffin hit the brakes and the SUV came to a full halt. I looked down at the ring in my hand. It was golden and had a green stone at the middle. A broad smile drew on my face. The green stone contained Albazar's powers. I couldn't put it in my body because it was too powerful. Rather, a witch advised me to put them all in this magic ring.

I peered outside the tinted window. The SUV was before a tall sky scraper. Humans walked past the building, some entering it. Griffin circled the SUV and came to my door. He opened it.

I took a deep breath and walked out of the vehicle. The warmth of the sun sent a euphoric feeling to my head. I could finally walk under the sun. Thanks to the ring.

Griffin wore a black suit and his huge frame towered over me. But it never intimidated me for once. I could have him dead in the blink of an eye.

/"My lord,/" he said bowing.
