Chapter 04
Wearing a cute flower knee-length dress even without any make-up on her face that person was able to make all guys around her stare at her without blinking their eyes.
Ariella stood at the arrival hall in the airport with Angel, and felt a little nervous and excited at the same time.
She was waiting for Sean who was about to arrive after two weeks on a trip with his family.
Without her realizing it, there was someone who stare at her with envy and hatred look.
'Foolish little girl.' As that person snorted.
"This dress looks good on you. If only you want to put a little makeup on your face, you'll look more beautiful." Said, Angel.
"Hahaha... Thanks for the compliment but I don't think that would be great on me."
Ariella doesn't hate wearing makeup but the trauma made her scared. She just can't do it.
"Ariel, you must have missed him so much. You look awkward!". Angel laughed while keep teasing Ariella.
Ariella only smiled shyly, she admitted that. After patiently await, a few people start to show up at the gate.
After two weeks of not seeing him, Ariella nervously tries to calm her mind down by taking a deep breath and showing a weak smile at Sean.
How she misses touching his brown hair and staring into his hazel eyes. His sweet voice says love words every time they have a date. Ariella blushed at her thought.
Sean who walking out of the gate with his family quickly noticed Ariella and Angel standing in the waiting hall.
"Babe! You came. Angel, you come too." Sean seems very happy with a bright smile show on his face.
Sean's eyes start to scan up and down Ariella's body. He noticed the difference in her style, today. Ariella is indeed beautiful even wearing a simple floral dress and she just only does a simple braided on her left hair.
"Ariella, you look different and it's very beautiful. I know you will look stunning when you're dressing up." Said Sean in excitement while his eyes goes wild looking at Ariella.
Hearing his flattering about her outfit, Ariella's white pale face immediately turns red. At the same time, she feels uneasy by his stare.
"Oh dear, look how red her face is! This idiot son of mine has no shame. Ariella, dear please don't mind about his cheesy word, his dad and he makes no difference." Sean's mother tried to comfort Ariella, she feel bad when she saw how red Ariella's face was and how uncomfortable Ariella reacted to that situation.
"Mrs. William, thanks for the help. I will try to get used to it. Hahaha." Ariella is thankful to Mrs. William for making situations less awkward.
"Hi, Mrs. William. How are you? How's the flight? Everything okay?" After being silent for a long time, Angel suddenly asks Sean's mother, about her condition.
"Angel, what a sweet girl you are. You are very thoughtful! Yes, everything was fine and the flight was comfortable. Thank you for treating us all by booking business class tickets." Mrs. William looks so pleased with Angel's concern.
"Have you guys known each other? What's up with all this thing you talk about? Have I missed something important?" Ariella continuously asked them, she was shocked and curious about how Angel know Sean's family.
There were uneasy reactions from Sean's mother and Angel when Ariella look at both of their eyes. They avoid eye contact with Ariella.
"Ariel, I forget to tell you when my trip to France with my mom, we accidentally met at the Eiffel tower in Paris. And that's how..." Angel whispered in Ariella's ear by saying how she convinced Sean to call Ariella that night.
Ariella wants to ask again. There is something off about them.
"Yes, Ariella, we accidentally met there and spent quite some time together." Said Mr. William suddenly stepping in.
"Everything been settled, how about we get our dinners at Winny's restaurant?" Implied Sean to them.
Sean seems to try to avoid this conversation and suggests having dinner at one famous family restaurant in this City. Because this conversation has been stopped by Sean, Ariella wasn't able to ask more.
