Axe is a struggling novelist who stumbles upon an otherworldly online writing tool that would grant his desires to become the greatest author. Though he found it hard to believe, he fell at the hands of the website's temptation and imported his almost finished novel into the platform. After importing his work and making changes to his story, he drifted off to sleep and opened his eyes to find himself in the world of his own novel as an extra. Rel stood at the entrance to the Tower Shard room, his black-cloaked figure blending into the shadows.
BANG!... CLASH!!!... BANGGGG!
The distant sounds of panic and confusion grew louder with each passing moment, but Rel remained focused, his gaze fixed on the empty hallway.
THUMP.... THUMP.... THUMP!
He heard a series of heavy thumps, each one accompanied by a low, guttural growl.
Then, Jasper stumbled into view, his eyes fixated on the shimmering artifact within the display case, his mouth watering with an almost feral hunger.
"For the mission... take it..." he muttered, his voice a raspy whisper.
As he drew closer, Jasper's gaze fell upon Rel, and his movements abruptly ceased.
Even through the mask, Rel could sense the recognition in Jasper's eyes.
