In the meantime Nora and Gandalf were traveling toward Fangorn Forest, the second group was walking toward the capital of Rohan, Edoras.
"So does Rohan have some beauties or do I have to keep my friend in my pants?" asks Bran as everyone was shocked hearing him say that when he was hit by Celine.
"Do I have to tell Great-Grandmother," says Celine threatening Bran who only smiles.
"What, we are a group of healthy men and only one woman. And that one woman is my own sister and I won't swim to the other side of the river like Nora only to sleep with someone," says Bran holding his head as Celine looked at him angrily.
"Just keep your thing in your pants until everything is over. I'm pretty sure we can find you some courtesan on the way so you can relieve yourself," says Celine as Bran smiles.
"Aragorn also has his Arwen waiting for him while you have our pretty boy over there trying to court you," says Bran as Legolas heard what Bran said and turns towards him while Bran continues, "Don't look at me like that the whole group knows that already we just haven't said anything because we were hoping you would speak up. Hell, we even bet on it."
"Did you really?" asks Legolas as three bags of silver fell on Bran's hand as well as Merry's when Legolas looked at them seriously.
"Just ignore them Legolas," says Celine as she also received three pouches of silver.
"Even you," says Legolas as Celine smiles.
"Yeah, I had to. It was the best way to pass time but also to find out if you had the guts to ask me out," says Celine as she stored the pouches away when Legolas wanted to say something but Celine stopped him by putting her finger on his lips.
"How about we have some dinner when we arrive in Edoras, I will pay for it," says Celine as Legolas seemed to blush about how direct Celine was with him and her intention because her finger walked down his lips passing his neck until reaching his chest.
"Get yourself a room will ya," says Bran as he passed them like everyone else.
"We might," says Celine taunting Bran as Bran smiled at them.
"Just keep it down and let us sleep in peace. Also, if he implants his seed you might have to stay," says Bran as Celine now smiled at him.
"It wouldn't be that tragic to live in this world if I have someone this good looking beside me," says Celine as she grabbed Legolas's arm before kissing his cheek.
"Argh... I need to find a woman to relieve myself," says Bran as he was frustrated since they left Rivendell.
"Didn't your brother impregnated the Elven Maid back in Rivendell?" asks Legolas as he was confused about why Bran was looking for another woman.
"My brother is magically sterile meaning he can kill his own sperm with magic," says Celine as she takes a little box out and continues, "While I need to drink one of those pills every day so I don't get impregnated. *sighs* Magic is quite convenient sometimes."
"So that's why you take those pills," says Legolas as Celine smiles.
"Well can't be impregnated this early after all. There is much to see and experience before I become a mother," says Celine not being a fan of becoming a mother too early like her mother.
"Make haste you two or we will leave you behind," says Gimli warning the two.
"That will be impossible, dwarf," says Celine as she suddenly appeared with Legolas beside Gimli while saying, "The only ones holding us down is that you all are too slow compared to me and Bran. If we only could use Koltox and Nyx."
"We would be in Edoras long ago," says Bran when suddenly both became serious and draw their weapon.
"What is going on?" asks Aragorn going for his sword.
"People on horses are coming towards us," says Celine as they all suddenly felt the ground under them tremble.
"They are coming towards us. What do you think friend or foe?" says Bran ready to swing his club.
"They might be friends if they are riding on horses," says Aragorn as he didn't want to make someone they didn't know of their enemy.
"I will hold my club as long as they don't attack. If they do no one of them will stand after doing so," says Bran warning Aragorn that he won't play with them since their mission was more important.
"Maybe they are riders of Rohan. I should be able to talk to them," says Boromir as Gondor and Rohan were neighbors and allies of old.
"Boromir is right. We should talk to them first before coming to a conclusion," says Gimli as he really didn't think that everyone they encounter wants to kill them.
They could see the group coming as Bran puts the club down and says, "Fine, I trust in you, Boromir, as does Gimli. I really hope that my club stays in this position."
The riders circled them and the group was now back to back ready to defend each other as their bond strengthened over the travel. The riders stopped as they took a closer look at the group.
They see that the group was ready to defend themselves but didn't attack them yet signalizing that they aren't there to attack them.
"I'm Boromir, son of Denethor II, we are a little group on our way to Edoras to ask King Théoden for help to fight against Mordor by joining Gondor and the Queen of Elves," says Boromir as the group seemed confused at first.
"You are Boromir, the Captain of the White Tower," says the man that seemed to be in charge of the group of riders.
"That's right," says Boromir as the group was still on edge waiting for what would happen next.
"Why would you be with a group made out of three Elves, two Hobbits, one Dwarf, and another Human?" asks the man again.
"Because we are on a mission. Our mission is to seek aid from King Théoden to join us against Mordor with the Elves. We can't win alone against Mordor," says Boromir as the man approached them on his horse.
"Then you are late if you want the King's help. He lost himself in his mourning for his son while a snake whispers in his ears trying to lead him even more astray from the right path. We riders can't keep following him and are preparing our defense against Saruman's forces that are approaching Rohan from the west," says the man as he looked into Boromir's eyes.
"What happened for King Théoden to mourn this long to forget his people?" asks Boromir as the man sighs.
"The thing that would make every father mourn this long. His son died in the Battle of Isen. He won't be able to help you and the Rohirrim is divided some opting to fight Saruman while others just want to surrender. We will be joining the people that will make a last stand against Saruman at Helm's Deep," says the man as the group was surprised from hearing that.
"What did you say right now?" asks Bran shocked.
"The King-," says the man as he wanted to repeat everything when Celine interrupts.
"No the last part. Where are you gathering?" asks Celine as the man looks confused at them.
"Helm's Deep is where we will fight our last battle it will decide the future of Rohan," says the man as Boromir looked at the twins.
"She knew about it and send our group here to help them," says Boromir looking for an answer from the twins as they just lifted their shoulders.
"We don't know how far they planned. We only follow orders as you do. But if they are going to Helm's Deep we should send some of us with them," says Bran as he wanted to volunteer since he didn't want to deal with something boring like the King's trouble.
"Then Legolas, Gimli, and I will go to Helm's Deep while you five go to Edoras," says Celine as Bran stops.
"Wait there a minute if someone should be in Helm's Deep it should be me as the most powerful under us seven," says Bran as Celine sighs.
"You are a mage, Bran. You can sense if the King is under a spell or if he is really just mourning his son's death. You need to be there. We others are expendable but you are far more brother," says Celine as she was envious that Bran was born with more powers than she would ever have.
"Don't pick that card. You know that Dad would kill you for saying that quote," says Bran as Celine smiled.
"But we might not die if you swing your ass to Edoras. You might not be the best with words but with the future King of Gondor and his future advisor you should be able to convince the King to fight Saruman's force," says Celine as she knew Bran the best of all.
"Fine, don't die until we arrive," says Bran as he looked at the man and continues, "I will need three horses to get to Edoras and we will give you three of the most powerful warriors I know."
"Do you think that you are able to get the King to stop his mourning and help his people?" asks the man looking in Bran's eyes.
"I can only try. If he is under a spell most likely he will help and if he is really mourning... Well let's say we have two people that could juggle with words to get him back into the field," says Bran as he was serious.
"If you arrive in Edoras look for a woman named Eowyn, tell her that Éomer sends you to help the King. She will help you enter the Palast," says Éomer as he looked to his men and three men jumped from their horses and gave them to Bran.
"If you can't convince the King you are welcome to join us in Helm's Deep to defend Rohan," says Éomer as he wouldn't deny their help.
"I would never refuse an invitation to a party," says Bran making Éomer look confused at him.
"We will be there is what he meant with that. You will understand him better the longer you travel with him," says Boromir as Éomer nods.
"We will be waiting," says Éomer as Celine, Legolas, and Gimli jumped on a horse that had already a rider making Nyx angry since she couldn't carry her partner.
"We will meet in Helm's Deep. Don't die until we arrive," says Bran as he mounted the horse while Koltox was growling on his shoulder while he says, "We can't do much Koltox. Maybe once in Helm's Deep, you will be able to shine with Nyx."
The riders leave as the little group parted towards Edoras on their new horses.
