Killing Saruman

Nora was seeing her men clash against the Orcs again and again with some of her men fell before the shield of their brother or sister shielded them from the fatal blow only for the enemy to perish by the other hand of the person that shielded his brother or sister.

Suddenly a red horse appeared beside Nora as Guan Yu mounted it and says, "I will join my men. They need some leading even with my brother and children between them."

Guan Yu rushed into the battle riding his horse while holding his weapon. Gandalf and Nora stayed behind looking at the battlefield when Gandalf says, "It's quite handy to have an army in your sword."

"It's also a responsibility bigger than any other in the world coming after Godking, Goddess of Life and Death and their shadows," says Nora as she looked at her sword.

"If you think you are worthy of carrying the burden lift the sword," says Nora as she rammed her sword into the ground letting Gandalf try.

"Many tried even people from my family including the Godking. No one could lift it except for me," says Nora seeing Gandalf try without success.

"How comes the sword is so heavy?" asks Gandalf as Nora shakes her head.

"It's not the sword but that you aren't worthy to lift it," says Nora as she lifts the sword again.

In the meantime on the other side of the battlefield, Zhuge Liang arrived at the other side surprising the Elves as they thought they would have to fight now on two fronts until one ride came forwards alone.

It was Zhuge Liang on his horse as he shouts, "Your princess sends me to assist you, while her troops are fighting on the east side."

"And you are?" asks Elrond seeing how confident the man was.

"Zhuge Liang, I am one of many strategists under the Deathseekers Banner," says Zhuge Liang humbling his position under the strategists.

"Why should we trust your word?" asks Elrond when Zhuge Liang spots a flaw in the formation.

"5000 men reinforce the right-wing. It will collapse soon," says Zhuge Liang when Elrond looked at him angrily.

"The right-wing is alright," says Elrond as suddenly Zhuge Liang looked at him coldly making him feel something he hasn't felt since he met the Crownguard Family.

"You should swallow your pride and let me lead this battle. I might not have a stainless record but I have outsmarted Gods for my master. So sit down and just watch," says Zhuge Liang as he moved his fan making Elrond remember fear while Zhuge Liang says, "I want 2500 riders to flank the right side. 7000 men in the main force and 3000 men in the left-wing. The other 2500 should ride and flank the left-wing. We should be the first to reach the tower."

Elrond saw how organized the men were suddenly beside their new reinforcement as they took the front beside them when Zhuge Liang oversee everything he moves his fan and the men seemed to understand what he wanted from them seeing how the left and right-wing engaged while the main force waited while the enemy suddenly engaged.

Their formation looked like a crescent when suddenly the cavalry crashed into the enemy from the flank while the left and right-wing changed direction and went for the main force ambushing the Orcs as they surrounded them cutting them off while the enemies wings were dealing with the cavalry.

Zhuge Liang was confident enough to win now as he gave the final command while Elrond was only watching seeing how his men were fighting together with their new ally as if they fought beside each other for years.

The battle ended fast as they massacred the Orcs on their way while Zhuge Liang looked at the tower while saying, "I don't know why powerful people like to live in towers. It's better to have a fortress since it's easier to defend than a death trap of a tower."

The troops pushed forward as they received little to none casualties with some Elves being lightly wounded but were protected from the final blow of their enemies by Nora's troops.

"The Orcs seemed to be a powerful enemy but without tactics, they will fall like any other enemy before me," says Zhuge Liang as they almost reached the tower when troops arrived from the west with Guan Yu leading them.

"*clicking his tongue* Damn it," says Zhuge Liang seeing Guan Yu attacking the enemy from behind.

"What happened?" asks Elrond worried as he saw a second force bigger than theirs arrive with Ents between them.

"Guan Yu arrived at the Tower first because we had to discuss in the beginning. *sighs* I thought it would be us helping him and not the other way around," says Zhuge Liang as Elrond sighed in relief after hearing Zhuge Liang.

The army of Orcs was pincer-attacked and terminated by them before Nora and Gandalf entered the battlefield as their true enemy was still standing.

Nora was walking towards Guan Yu, Zhuge Liang, and Elrond while the troops made way for them as she arrived and says, "Your work is almost done. Now you only need to exterminate the breeding grounds while I and Gandalf enter the tower to face Saruman."

"My Lady, I should accompany you," says Guan Yu as he kneeled in front of her.

"You should take him with you while I go with the troops down and destroy the breeding ground," says Zhuge Liang when he kneels as well.

"No this is my fight. I can't rely on you for everything," says Nora as she walked towards the tower while her Strategist and General smiled knowing that this would happen since Arthur normally would be in the front fighting his fight while leading his special force of five hundred men that he began his journey with.

"So be it," say both as they stand up smiling at her seeing their old master in her just that Arthur had a different personality.

"We will await you here, my princess," say Elrond and his sons while bowing to Nora as they marched with Zhuge Liang and Guan Yu down to the breeding grounds.

Nora and Gandalf entered the tower while she asks, "Are you ready to face your old friend?"

"Yes, it is time to end this and focus on Mordor," says Gandalf as he walked towards the stair while saying, "He must be waiting for us on top of it."

"Better for us," says Nora as she walked slowly the stairs up with Gandalf.

She was as calm as water while Gandalf with every step felt more and more pressure because he was defeated the last time he faced Saruman. Nora could feel Gandalf's worries and stops.

"Everyone has to die one day," says Nora as she turned to Gandalf and continues, "Some die earlier than others but in the end, we all will die and join each other on Abigail's side. Don't fear death or it will only find you earlier."

Gandalf saw Nora in a different light now seeing that she could compart wisdom that she shouldn't have experienced since she was still young as he says, "I'm not worried about dying but of failing."

"Failure is not a possibility. We will win even if I have to destroy the whole tower and everyone in it," says Nora seriously as she began to climb the stairs again.

Her shadow became larger as Gandalf was suddenly in it making him remember that the Crownguards weren't normal people. They arrived at the top where they find Saruman sitting on his throne.

"So you returned with Elrond and some unknown army," says Saruman thinking he had the upper hand.

He stands up while Nora continued walking forward with Gandalf as Saruman says, "It seems you brought company this time. Were you afraid that you won't escape this time with your life?"

"No, he wasn't," says Nora firmly making Saruman understand that he should worry about her and not Gandalf.

"But you should worry since I am here," says Nora as she looked at Saruman who was underestimating them.

"And why should I worry facing a wizard that I defeated before and an Otherworldler that doesn't has an inch of magic in her body," says Saruman facing both.

"Oh, trust me magic might be powerful but it is nothing in front of me. Try it," says Nora as she was holding Excalibur ready for the fight.

"Overconfidence will be your demise," says Saruman as he tried to use magic.

He sends Gandalf flying against a wall like before while Nora was standing as if nothing was going on when she suddenly cut into the air breaking his magic over Gandalf before saying, "It's over."

She then disappears out of Saruman's sight and appears behind him as Excalibur suddenly pierced through his body while Nora says, "You overestimate yourself."

"How is that possible? I should have been-," says Saruman as Nora takes her sword out of Saruman before he could finish his sentence.

"I don't care. Just die and get it behind yourself. I still need to regroup with my family," says Nora not interest at all in what Saruman wanted to say as she walked away letting him bleed out on the floor before she changed her mind.

"I should double-tap like my father always does," says Nora turning around as her voice and expression was like always unemotional when she swings her sword and decapitates Saruman who was ringing for his last breath.

Once the head was separated from the body she kicked it over to Gandalf as she says, "Everything is done around here. We should go to Rohan as promised."

"Not yet. We should search the tower before someone unknown to magic or worse some enemy comes here and steal some artifacts they shouldn't get into their hands," says Gandalf seeing the head of Saruman in front of him before standing back up.

He knocks the dust from his clothes as Nora asks, "How long will it take?"

"Three days at best if I have Elrond's help," says Gandalf as Nora nods.

"Then get his help while I do what we promised the Ents," says Nora as she was about to walk the stairs down again to fulfill their promise to the Ents when she feels a gigantic energy source spike up.

"No, he shouldn't," says Nora shocked as she dropped her sword making Gandalf nervous because she looked shocked.

Suddenly the earth began to tremble as Gandalf asks, "What is going on?"

"Bran, that is what is going on. He took his eye-patch off," says Nora sadly as she knew what would happen next.

"Is something wrong with him taking the eye-patch off?" asks Gandalf as Nora picked her sword up and a tear left her right eye.

"We need to move towards Helm's Deep tomorrow. So make haste because we have no time," says Nora furiously surprising Gandalf that Nora who always was unemotional suddenly felt fury while saying, "I should have killed him slowly make him suffer before killing him."

Hope you like it.
