Danger

Best found Amaya's phone after she called it multiple times before founding it along the road side where a taxi car was parked.

She panicked with the thought that comes to her mind knowing it might be true that she was kidnapped.

She was about to bring her phone out and call the police when she sight Mark's car upfront and desided to approached him.

"What are you doing here Best" asked Mark

She looked at him suspiciously,wondering what he was also doing here at this isolated government uncompleted project and noticing how his dressing looked rough like someone that just finished a fight.

"Ahhmm nothing.. its nothing important" she lied to him

"Best can you help me to talk to your to marry please I really love " she pleaded to her trying to sound innocent to her.

"And I have been calling her since all this months she is not answering my call" he said.

"I don't know maybe I could help you Mark" she said to him

"You know it's her choice and maybe you should just give her some time and space to process everything that have been happing to her lately" she said to him.

"Yea,you're right" he finally replied after spacing out for some minutes

"And where are you going maybe I should drop you" he offered her.

"No my car is parked around here so don't worry" she quickly said and start walking towards her car.

And before she could move more than ten feets she felt hit by something hard on her head and everything went blank.

Mark woke both of them up by splashing a bucket if water each on both of them,and when they are fully awake he order the a guard to remove the blind fold on them for them to see who is in charge.

"Ahh I knew it was you when I saw you, I knew it" Best said bitting her Lower lip when her eyes was clear enough to see him

"And trust me if I eventually get release from here I swear I will kill" she shouted at him before her mouth was covered back by one of the guards.

"You see Best I'm not here for you, I only want Amaya but since you can't seems to mind your fucking business I will teach you how to do that when I'm done with your friend" he said.

"Amaya baby I'm not here to hurt you ok so calm down" he said facing Amaya.

Amaya smiled at him,she knows Mark is not capable of hurting her and was worried maybe he has changed knowing how people can change when they do not get what they want.

"Then untie me and Best and let us go Mark please" she pleaded

"No baby girl common you know that is not possible at all" he says to her while at the same time approaching her slowly.

"I love you Amaya,from the bottom of my heart and y.."

"Shut up Mark and just fucking tell me what you want by kidnapping me" she interrupted him.

" oh ok I don't know you can be this.. you know I haven't seen you with this kind of anger before and I must say I like this new you" he said to kissing her forehead.

He order a guard to bring the envelope in his hand to him, opened it and bring out some documents out of the envelope.

"I wouldn't have done this to you if there is nothing in it for me, I'm sure you know that" he said handling the paper to her by putting it on her lap for her read.

"I just want you to sign here that all" he said to her.

She spat at him angrily after reading what the paper is all about.

"You want me to sign this? Over my dead body" she said to.

He cleaned his face,took of his suit and roll his sleeve up to his bicep.

"I was actually expecting you to say that because I know you won't give in easily"

He order the guards to hand Best in jesus style fashion,take off her clothes leaving only her underwear.

"You know, I was wondering how to make sure you agreed to sign the paper" he said picking up the rod placed beside him

"And thankfully your best friend Best happen to see me on my way here which make it easy for me"

"No Mark please don't do this" tears forming already on her eyes while thinking of what to do in between the situation

"And this is what I will Amaya,I will ask you to sign the paper and if you said no my boys will pour some water all over your friends body and I will wipe her goddamm ass with my rod".

"No please Mark you can't be serious,please don't do this to her she's my best friend Mark please don't .."

Before she could finished what she was about to said Mark wiped Best with the rod so hard at the back of Best twice then turned to Amaya

"Will you sign the fucking contract now"

Her eyes were so red with tears dripping down her cheeks,she kept on crying and screaming till her voice was now getting choked.

She knows that signing the paper means she lost all her rights,her position at the Company with the shares that was supposed to be hers and also the house her father left for her will also be gone.

All she could do was to kept on begging Mark to stop and let them talk about it

" please am begging you let talk about this please" she said to him

"Its like you don't understand" he said

" ok let me tell you this,all this was not my idea ok someone proposed it to me and I agreed knowing that I will now finally get what have been wanting all this years,all you need to do is just sign Amaya and all this will be over" he said laughing like a mad man he is.

Hearing what he just said left her stuned,who did she offend that wants her to suffer her like this and different image starts popping in her head from left to right and before she could gather her thoughts back she hear another wiping sound and her best friend screaming through the cloth used to block her voice.

"What are you waiting for love" he signal to one of the guards to untie her hand and give her the pen "sign the paper and let's go home baby"

She collected the paper and tour it into pieces before breaking the pen into two.

"Never" she said " I will not sign it"

Mark took his gun out,check the bullets,set it back pointed it at Best

He signal to the same guard to hand over another paper and pen to her which she collected with a trembling hand

"Sign it now Amaya" he said,ready to shot her if she still won't sign the paper.

"Ok I will, I will sign it so drop the gun please don't hurt her again please" she pleaded desperately to him.

He felt like she kept on wasting her time for nothing and pull the trigger and just like that the bullet went out with a loud bang filling the surrounding.
