Chapter 59: After Their First Year of Marriage
A year passed after Rayan and Jasmine got married. Rayan thought living with Jasmine would make him know her better; hence he would be able to love her.
Rayan never thought that knowing Jasmine would never help him to even like her. The more time he spent with her, the more he saw a new version of Janet that was even worse. Janet at least was a powerful woman with a strong character, and sometimes Rayan enjoyed being around Janet. They could talk about various topics, and surprisingly enough to Rayan, Janet was a bit funny.
Although Jasmine was funny sometimes, whenever they were alone, she was gloomy. She wanted Rayan to be always around and provide his utmost care only to her. If Rayan would come late one day or had to meet friends without Jasmine, a creepy person would be his companion for a whole week.
